“My son and I both have iPhones, 11 and 14 Pro, and the batteries were showing their age at less then 70% capacity. They wouldn’t last the day in normal usage. Zac’s got great reviews, so I gave him a call. During the call he ordered the batteries and gave me an estimate when they would arrive, and he would call me when they arrived. He called me when the batteries arrived a few days later, we scheduled a date and time to bring both iPhones in for battery installation. I dropped the phones off and went about my business and two hours later Zac called and said come get your phones! Great price for parts and labor, great service! I’ll go back again if need be. Definitely recommend Zac's!”

“Perfect experience! I was porting my eSIM from another provider to AT&T, and although the online representative helped with the transfer process, my signal stopped working and I could no longer make calls or send texts.
I spent two days trying to fix the issue. Several other local stores were unable to help. Some simply redirected me elsewhere without even trying to troubleshoot, and one store tried to sell me a new plan while telling me that the $300 I had already paid could not be refunded. The service and attitude there were extremely frustrating.
The lady (employee at) this store was completely different. They understood the problem immediately and fixed it in about two minutes. After two days of stress, I was incredibly relieved.

“I opened a phone line with this telecommunications company last weekend. I had a great experience after using it. I can watch unlimited movies and make unlimited calls. Calling my friends in Canada is also free, as is calling Mexico. I can go to many places. There are hotspots, and what I like most is that I can store a large amount of my favorite photos and videos. The monthly fee is only 60 yuan, no tax, and I only need to pay $55 when I pay automatically with a credit card! Especially their sales and technical staff, they feel very professional! I highly recommend it to those who want to open a phone line and transfer it to a cooperative family!”

Asio was great at explaining what was going on (because I'm not tech savvy in the least). An hour later my phone was working! Definitely recommend this location!”

I continued having trouble getting my cellphone phone (found it) getting blocked due to ATT Lost-Stolen dept having it in its blocked dept. Moises S. helped me with getting it working properly.
Greeted me immediately, listened to my issue, asked pertinent questions, contacted proper Dept. helping me to finally get my cellphone working again.
No issues since.
