I mean, you never expect much when going into a phone store, especially since the reason I went in was because my bill wasn’t the same when I went to Costco I spoke to the guy for like 10 minutes and he messed everything up anyways, I came in and saw William and Antonio. When I say their customer service was top notch. I mean, I didn’t even bother buying from them because of how much they made it seem like I wasn’t being sold anything there were some of the most friendly knowledgeable and easy to work with representatives at any phone store that I’ve ever been to. “I opened a phone line with this telecommunications company last weekend. I had a great experience after using it. I can watch unlimited movies and make unlimited calls. Calling my friends in Canada is also free, as is calling Mexico. I can go to many places. There are hotspots, and what I like most is that I can store a large amount of my favorite photos and videos. The monthly fee is only 60 yuan, no tax, and I only need to pay $55 when I pay automatically with a credit card! Especially their sales and technical staff, they feel very professional! I highly recommend it to those who want to open a phone line and transfer it to a cooperative family!”

“Mario, the store manager at the AT&T Los Gatos store, is a rare bright spot in what is otherwise a truly broken system. AT&T’s website, app, and automated phone systems are some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with—slow, confusing, and often incapable of letting you complete even basic tasks like changing a passcode, modifying a plan, or canceling a service. It’s unbelievable how much time customers waste trying to get anything done through AT&T’s digital interface.
Thankfully, Mario knows how to cut through all that chaos. Over several visits, he’s helped me resolve internet and phone issues that AT&T’s own systems couldn’t handle. He’s also saved me close to a thousand dollars a year by clearly explaining plan options and helping me understand how to get the most value from my services.
What really stands out is how Mario patiently navigates all of AT&T’s internal red tape—often having to call in himself because even store employees don’t have the tools they need.
