“Specifically regarding my experience with Caesar Snee at the Los Gatos store, this was the best analysis and customer interaction I have ever had in a shoe store. As a physician I could tell he was knowledgeable regarding footwear, probation issues, plantar fascia issues, gait asymmetry issues and how leg use impacts and is impacted by foot mechanics. Based on this experience I highly recommend seeing him for assessment of optimal footwear for anyone with feet issues”

“Leslie outdid herself....AGAIN! Bettina's always has fabulous clothes and Leslie is a master at pulling together just the right look. I shop there regularly and always walk out with another stunning addition to my wardrobe. But I am writing to specifically to acknowledge her over the top customer service. I needed a suit in a pinch - of course she found the perfect look but I needed a different size jacket. She scrambled to get one in my size on short notice and had the suit altered and in the store in time for my event. It was truly a heroic effort and much appreciated. Highly recommend this great boutique!”
