“I was about to buy HOKA shoes online yesterday, but then I came across this store. Marlen helped me find the perfect pair for my foot type. She first measured my feet and explained which shoes were specifically designed for the way I walk and my foot shape.
I was also surprised when she told me my shoe size wasn’t actually a 10.5 and that I should be wearing an 11 or even an 11.5. Once I tried them on, I immediately understood what she meant. she was absolutely right!
She is incredibly knowledgeable and knows every detail about the shoes she recommends. I’m so glad I didn’t order online and found her before ending up with the wrong pair. I highly recommend asking for Marlen if you visit the store!”

Alice was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. Without hesitation, she offered us a beautiful gift bag completely free of charge and even took the extra time to wrap everything nicely in gift paper.

“I visit this store when I travel to San Jose. The staff is pleasant. I recently ordered some shoes to be shipped to this store. I wasn't sure if I would be there to pick them up. They were quick to offer solutions to make sure I would get my shoes. My shoes arrived the day I was leaving and the staff was quick to let me know my shoes had arrived. Georgina was fantastic. “This is the location of Carter’s I frequent the most. Not so big store but they have a variety of collections and good sales ongoing. I love the atmosphere in here. Always come in to get some good sets of pajamas and a couple of shirts and shorts for the little one.”

“Kiki at the Rodd & Gunn store at Westfield Valley Fair provided one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for.
She helped me find the shirt I originally came in for, but also introduced me to several other styles and options I wouldn’t have considered on my own. Her product knowledge and eye for fit and style made the whole experience easy and enjoyable without ever feeling pushy.
I’ve been a big supporter of Rodd & Gunn for years because I love the quality of their clothing, and Kiki’s outstanding customer service only reinforced why I keep coming back. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with my purchase.

“A big THANK YOU to Miranda, Cheryl, Heidi, Danielle and Megan for an absolutely impressive customer service experience. I bought an Anthropologie dress ( price tag still on the dress and receipt kept) February 2 and 15 days later was on sale with an additional 50% off.
I called the Valley Fair store and asked if I could get a price adjustment. Spoke with Megan and Danielle on 2/25 and explained the situation. Danielle was very receptive and accommodating.
The next day I came in to get my price adjustment and ended up purchasing two more dresses that were on sale with the help of Cheryl, Miranda and Heidi.
Each one of the individuals listed above are amazing! Please keep up the good work. I think this store will be my go to Anthropologie store from now on.

“TOY R US REVIEW: Sadly all Toys R Us stores are now located within a section of a Macys store. There's a Toys R Us section within the women & children's Macys at Valley Fair mall. It is located on the lower level. Obviously it's not as large as the Toys R Us stores of the past, but there is still a good selection of toys for all ages. They have all the name brands, like Legos, Hot Wheels, Barbies, etc. There weren't very many people around, so I pretty much had the store to myself. The sections were organized and neat. My only complaint is that not every item had prices marked on them. There is 1 price scanner at the very back corner of the store. Most of the prices were fair, but not as competitive as Amazon or Target.”

Time flies during the designing and sizing, so make sure to check the online configurator ahead of time to get an idea of what the options are. Try to wear fitted clothing, it will make measuring easier.”
