She spent time looking for my receipt and helped me with a refund because they hurt. I ended up with a new pair and was very satisfied. Many customers were not wearing masks and impatient but I was satisfied.”

I waited last minute and realized there was one size left within the whole company and called her right away and she placed the order to me within minutes! “I initially came here to pick which bag I wanted because I wasn't sure. I loved the customer service by Minh!! She was patient with explaining each piece and gave honest opinions on them. We looked at a huge variety of bags! Even if I didn't purchase the bag this time around due to wanting to see another color she was still super sweet through text. She has a very high IQ for making friends out of strangers and making you feel like you are more than just a customer but a good friend. I feel so lucky to have walked into the store informally. My husband had a problem with one pair and they replaced it right away. With this store being in the mall works for me. I walk around shopping for awhile before and then go in to try on shoes. “I have been to the store several times and just went in over my birthday weekend. I really wanted the skater sweatpants but unfortunately they did not have them in store. Hally the consultant who helped me suggested the right size to order online and has helped me tremendously with any other questions I have had. I have asked her about several products for me and my brother and Hally has gone out of her way to help with several products that we purchased online and she answered any questions that we have had. Great experience here and talk to Hally if you want the best customer service!”

“This is one of the stores I must stop in when shopping @ Valley Fair. Love all the clothing, accessories, home decor, and even candles sold here. Customer service is sometimes friendly and sometimes not, but not awful. The shop is very spacious with a nice layout. Love looking at all the styles in trend. This stop is not as big as the Stanford location and does not carry furniture nor plants/terranium merchandise. It's located on the newer wing of Valley Fair.”

“After always looking online came in to the store and found some amazing deals. The fitting room girl was a little unhelpful when asking a price question and finding her to get a room. The cashier girl with long dark hair was excellent!! She was so helpful in looking online for another size and the back. She also signed me up for the rewards program and told me to call the store back to check on the sweatshirt I was looking for. She was amazing and sad I can't giver her a by name shout out!!”

“I didn't know where else to leave a review but I wish I could give them 10 stars! The energy was so good coming into the store. I had been in the mall for 2 hours searching for an outfit and shoes for an event I was attending, and most of the stores I went into were so boring and the employees were not welcoming at all. I almost gave up, but I decided to keep looking. I came into Aldo and as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by a lovely lady, I think she was the store manager but mentioned her name was Christina or something like that, but she was so nice. Her energy was so good and she was the only one in store at the time but was helping multiple people while still being friendly and attending to everyone.She helped me pick out shoe and took the time to ask me what I needed. Eventhough I ask for one shoe she brought out multiple options for me to try on and I ended up buying the one she picked out plus 3 more items. I loved her customer service! It was the best experience I had compared to all the stores I went into. Thank you Christina All in all the experience was great and I will definitely be back for more shopping.”
