“Brought my 1970 Plymouth Road Runner 440+6 to have the power brake booster replaced. I have been coming to Tire outlet on 2nd Street for the past 50 years. They are still in business because they know how treat customers and provide quality services at reasonable prices. Not taking away from the Tire Outlet on Alum Rock because I have been there also and continue to recommend them but John and Jason are great people. I highly recommend this establishment for any repair you can think of as well as the best prices in town for wheels and tires.”

“Bay Area Motors is the only place I let touch my German cars. They kept my 2008 Audi A6 running years after it should have died. I take my replacement Porsche Macan S, bought after William at BAMW, brought the Macan S to my attention when my Audi finally died. BAMW is not cheap but it is very fairly priced, I have had William tell me that I didn't need specific things done and he undoubtedly saved me a great deal of money over the 15 years that I have used his service. He is the one thing that is far too elusive, an honest car repair service.”

There was no scare tactics of be sure to bring your car back for a, b, and c. This will be my Go -To Shop for all my auto needs!”
“I took my car in for an oil change and transmission flush - and saw that the front wheel fork was in bad shape when they hoisted the car up.Al gave me a very fair estimate for the car, and a loaner for the duration of the repair.
Then, while putting the parts in, they noticed that two of the bolts were stripped, and they had to order new bolts from Mercedes. This took an additional 2 days, and added only around 80$ to the repair. Al let me keep the loaner car till my repairs were done!
I know from experience that nobody else would keep a car back for 2 days for an extra 80$ in repairs - these are some of the most professional people I have seen. I will definitely be bringing my car here again.”
“This is the place to go, the guy knows his stuff and is super kind. This is a long over due review but I'm in awe of the quality of work. In January 2018, he did a transmission rebuild on my 2005 Toyota corolla. He knew exactly what light was on and what it meant. He did such a great job that when I went to have the car serviced at Toyota for something else they asked me if I had installed a new engine!! They said the undercarriage was super clean. I’ve since gave the car to my mother and she is still currently driving it in 2024 with no problems ever with the transmission! Thank you do much and I'm sorry it took me so long to write this review.”

“I've used Louie for servicing my GLK350 a few times and the experience was always great. I made the mistake of taking the car to a mom and pop Mercedes shop for a service B because I was in the area for work and it was convenient. When I picked up the car, I was told the car's engine and transmission mounts needed to be replaced. The car has 105K miles so I expecting to have some replacements needed, but didn't expect this. I left without agreeing to the work and took the car to Advanced Imports the next day for a 2nd opinion and Louie quickly told me it was rare to replace those mounts but he would check it out. His findings were correct and the mounts did not show any signs of needing to be replaced, which was great to hear. Louie saved me a lot of money and headache on this one. The next time my car needs a service, Advanced Imports will be getting a call from me. Appreciate his honesty and professionalism.”

“I was going through my 'Car Stuff' folder in my computer while searching for something and came across some un-filed stuff on a Cadillac I own and drive every day. I have the canceled check and invoice for the re-built transmission Puzant at Dale's Transmission did for me back in 2012. The transmission is still purring along perfectly over 9 years later and I calculated that comes to 89¢ per day and each day I drive the car, that goes down. Thanks for the good job Puzant. I always recommend you when someone says they have a tranny problem. I'll include a photo. Maybe you'll remember this car.”

“Outstanding Service at Autobahn Los Gatos!
This was my first time working with Autobahn Los Gatos, and I couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Chris was incredibly welcoming and has a very pleasant personality, which made the process feel easy and stress-free.
Jake handled the diagnostics and repair of my Mercedes GLE 400 with clear professionalism. My vehicle was showing multiple warnings—Active Brake Assist Malfunction Limited, ABS Light, Traction Control Light, and Parking Brake Warning. Jake initially identified a faulty right rear wheel speed sensor and replaced it as authorized. When the warning lights reappeared, he didn’t stop there.
Instead of rushing through it, Jake took days—not just hours—to thoroughly investigate and ultimately found the true root cause. Thanks to his persistence and expertise, the issue is now fully resolved.
I will absolutely be returning to Autobahn Los Gatos for all future servicing and repairs. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of dedication and care. Highly recommended!”
