“I visited Doman Clock & Watch in Los Gatos. I had a previous bad experience with another watch repair shop. At Doman, I was greeted with a smile and my watch was inspected. It now runs better. I trust Doman and will be back with some other watches that need repair. I highly recommend Doman.”

“Came here with my mother-in-law to get a very old vintage Rolex fixed, and the experience was outstanding. Sean, the owner and Swiss-certified watchmaker, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and service-minded. He immediately explained the history of the watch and clearly knows everything there is to know about watches. We were so impressed that we ended up bringing in four more watches. Hands down the best experience I’ve had in Los Gatos!”

“I had several rings resized here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Gary took the time to talk with me about each piece, making sure every ring fit perfectly and comfortably. The pricing was within my budget, which I really appreciated. It’s clear Gary cares about both the quality of work and the customers. I’ll be coming back for future jewelry needs!”
