“I was wary at first, sending a couple bottles in my collection half way across the country.
However dealing with TK Wine was straight forward and simple. Easy communication via email, fast and straight forward, answering my questions and best of all, GREAT value on pricing the bottles I sold.
I opted to receive a check for payment, TK Wine sent it expedited and with tracking. If I choose to sell more out of my collection again i'll be returning for sure.

“Had a smooth move in and sales experience with Ricardo. Space was ready on time, they processed our paperwork in one day, and it seems to be a great value! The app access works seamlessly and the amenities are really great for something that isn't much more expensive than any other storage space. We'll have to see long term if rent raises are reasonable. The squarefootage listed is heavily rounded up as well, so keep that in mind if you need every inch of space. Our was listed 8.5% bigger than it actually is - but just measure when you visit and make sure it works for your needs!”

“Although it's the nearest Costco to reach from City centre. It's not the usual costco wholesale outlet and lacks the alcohol, clothing, electronics section costco wholesale outlets have. Although it is a free ride on service 600 from down town and a short walk. Check out the one at Alhambra instead if coming from LAX city centre. Bus 78 is direct there”
“I can't recommend this trusted taste enough. Can't get over these classic chocolates and the peanut brittle. Never forgetting they have deliciously sour gummies as well. Those are my go-to. Specifically, the truffles and the sour jelly beans. Always have to have some handy, favorite thing to snack on during a movie. Nostalgia at it's sweetest.”

“I would like to acknowledge and thank Moss, the Manager, and Ivette at Human Touch for taking the time to thoroughly review the issues I experienced with my massage chair. For approximately two and a half years, I made repeated calls and experienced significant delays in follow-up regarding a loud clunking noise that occurred after a 30-minute massage cycle when the chair returned to its resting position.
After I left a voicemail, Moss contacted me within a few hours and fulfilled his commitment to respond within 24 hours. Following their review of the matter, Moss and Ivette demonstrated excellent customer service by arranging for the necessary replacement parts to be ordered and installed at no cost to me. This resolution was provided in recognition of the extended delays and the ongoing back-and-forth communications I had experienced with customer service support over the years.

Professional, responsive, and actually gives a damn about customers, which is getting rarer than a clean porta-potty on a Friday afternoon jobsite. Every question got answered fast, the property was clean, secure, and organized, and shopping was smooth from start to finish.
The store itself, was equally impressive. You can tell immediately when leadership actually supports their team and takes pride in the operation. That facility reflects it. Between customer service, communication, and overall professionalism, they’ve set the bar ridiculously high.
When shopping for groceries and want a place that’s secure, well managed, and run by people who genuinely care, this is the spot.”
“Had a really great experience at Smart & Final Extra!. The store is very well managed, clean, and organized, making shopping super easy and comfortable. They have a huge variety of groceries, snacks, drinks, fresh items, and household products all in one place. “I’m sitting in the parking lot of the smart and final wanting to share the kindest experiences I’ve witnessed. There’s a gentleman laying slat on the floor at the front of the entrance and the manager is talking to him. He’s not yelling at him to get him to move, he’s not treating him like an animal shooooing him away. He’s talking to him, listening to him, offering options, encouraging him to contact his family. In a world full of nasty and people acting inhumanly towards their neighbors, here’s an interaction I didn’t think I would ever be able to witness. Thank you to whoever you are, I’m guessing you’re the manager. You’ve got a life long shopper based on your kindness and empathy.
