“I drove pretty far to come here but it was all worth it. I arrived at 3pm there was only 2-3 people ahead of me. Very clean and nice quiet area. The young lady is amazing all the way from her work ethic to her customer service skills. She was alone managing multiple people at once and still giving it her all. I did have to wait until it was my turn as people were in front of me and I was technically a walk in but I am not complaining I completely understand and I will be back. Thank you!”

“Last year my artist step dad passed away he left me his last painting. I was a need to mail painting to Brooklyn from LA however I couldn’t think of how to mail a painting. I couldn’t take it on the plane. I couldn’t take it to FedEx. They didn’t have the right size box so I found this nice mailbox shipping store. I asked them could they do it and they took over the whole project made a box for the specific dimensions, Bubble wrapped it to make sure it will be safe to travel all the way to Brooklyn, New York from Los Angeles.. “I like this ups access point inside this T-shirt store GraphixCollab/FashionGreek USC. They have parking unlike the UPS store up the street. The staff is really nice. They have a barbershop (Ironically Fresh) connected to the store too. It’s a cool co-op experience. Now I know where to get a custom shirt, haircut and drop-off UPS packages at the same time!”

“I've had a box here for 4 years. Never a problem. The owner is a great guy. Funny reading some bad reviews here considering I've never had a problem and always received great customer service. Sometimes customers are stupid and I don't blame the owner for not caring about them. If you look at the bad reviewers you can often see they give bad reviews to everybody. For some reason they like causing pain onto others. Should see a psychologist for help instead of lashing out at people just making a living. Life is short. Get a life disgruntled customers.”
