“I have to give it to Kohl’s because all their stores are pretty much the same when it comes to excellence. This one in particular, it’s always well organized, clean, and their customer service is excellent. The prices are great, and even better when you can use their coupons. Plus some days you can get Kohl’s cash, which is good. There’s a Sephora in here, but keep in mind that the Sephora’s here might not have all the stuff that stand alone Sephoras have. However, you’ll still find a great selection here. And I have to give a shout out to the customer service at this specific Sephora, the guy was just awesome. He sounded so genuinely friendly, and happy to help. Thank you!”

Despite living in the area for many years, I popped in for the very first time in to look at formal dresses for a late summer wedding, not expecting to find anything suitable since I had already been to several department stores and boutiques with nothing luck. After asking what I was looking for, Triana immediately pulled out several stunning and appropriate options for me to try. A few days after I realized my purchase wasn’t quite right, I returned to try on some additional styles. Andrea and Krushenka immediately took me upstairs, pulled out a handful of additional options and for the next hour, patiently brought me various sizes and weighed in with their perspective on fit. Andrea was especially incredibly kind and patient, helping me choose the perfect event dress. My single regret is that it took me so long to discover this jewel of a boutique!”

I wish I found Frou Frou sooner, seriously best clothing store in Redondo Beach! I’m going to come here for all of their trendy clothing and wardrobe essentials like the fold over yoga pants that I swear are better quality than Skims. They remind me of my middle school years!”

“I never shop in person anymore and today I experience a few nice people. Natasha was friendly and welcoming ( you seldom see this anymore)I was glad to find things with ease. They had some real bargains I mean I bought a set of shorts for $.95 cent yes people that was a steal!!! I guess I miss out when shopping online. Totally recommend this place. I hadn't visited the store in about 4 years and whoa was it different!The reason for the 4 starts is that the cashier was new I believe and left a sensor on a pair of pants and we didn't find out until we walked out a level down. This was inconvenient as we had to return and we were asked for our receipt. Management please coach employees.Inside note- they now carry Toys R Us who knew this”
