“Wow! The employee turnaround from when I first came to this UPS Store is amazing—talk about a 180! The difference in the atmosphere and customer service is remarkable. The employees were incredibly friendly, greeting customers and offering assistance. And Alfredo—wow! Someone please make him a manager and give him a huge raise! He was extremely helpful, and his appearance was exceptionally well kept and professional. His customer service really stood out and made a wonderful impression. Whoever was responsible for making these positive changes deserves a handshake from me! It is employees like Alfredo and the rest of the team who make customers want to come back.”

“I first met Jasmine when I needed help with some complex title transfers for a variety of commercially used vehicles. Due to the ownership interest of the vehicles, it was nearly impossible to get the principals into the DMV to complete the necessary paperwork. Jasmine made the entire process absolutely painless. She prepared every single form necessary, clearly labeled with easy to understand instructions. Ever since then, I have used Jasmine for everything from basic registration renewals, to passport applications, driver's license renewals, etc. She is a pleasure to work with, and her efforts give me back hours of my time to focus on other things. Jasmine responds to every inquiry instantly, and treats everyone like a friend. I could not recommend her services more. Worth every penny.”

My passport photo needed adjustments to meet the required specifications, and Ash took the time to retake the picture, make the necessary corrections, and ensure everything was printed properly. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made the process easy and stress-free. He also took the time to offer helpful advice regarding a separate customer service matter I was dealing with. I genuinely appreciated his willingness to help and his outstanding customer care. I'll miss my trips and visits to the store and staff.”
