“Wow! The employee turnaround from when I first came to this UPS Store is amazing—talk about a 180! The difference in the atmosphere and customer service is remarkable. The employees were incredibly friendly, greeting customers and offering assistance. And Alfredo—wow! Someone please make him a manager and give him a huge raise! He was extremely helpful, and his appearance was exceptionally well kept and professional. His customer service really stood out and made a wonderful impression. Whoever was responsible for making these positive changes deserves a handshake from me! It is employees like Alfredo and the rest of the team who make customers want to come back.”

“I highly recommend this delivery service. I've used them twice now (in 2 years), and their standard of service has been consistently high. 12605 Ventura Blvd, Studio City CA 91604
“I really like this store. It's big, clean, quiet and organized and the staff was very helpful. I have been on a rewards program for years and never really use it but I recycled some ink recently and the employee helped me understand if I did that first I could use points to discount my purchase which was so nice in this economy. But you can only recycle ten inks at a time for points so he gave me the option to comeback with the rest the next time I'm there. Give yourself 1-2 minutes at the register before the points show up on your account if you want to use them right away. So staff was helpful, patience, and informative.”

“I have worked with Stephanie like others mentioned here on the yelp reviews for TECO-LA notary and translation services. She is well-versed in this area and has tons of experience with both of these services (notary and translation). We started out communication with a phone call then emails to prep documents before my actual notary appointment. First of all the whole process with TECO-LA authentication is tedious and confusion (the website is probably one of the most difficult things to navigate and can be very confusing to understand and read). Stephanie helped me with understanding the document requirements and items needed for my application. I can't thank her enough with this. Her prices are fair and she is very professional, responsible and timely in her responses. Would recommend her with anyone needing notary or translation services with TECO-LA. She is the GO TO PERSON!”
