“I really like this store. It's big, clean, quiet and organized and the staff was very helpful. I have been on a rewards program for years and never really use it but I recycled some ink recently and the employee helped me understand if I did that first I could use points to discount my purchase which was so nice in this economy. But you can only recycle ten inks at a time for points so he gave me the option to comeback with the rest the next time I'm there. Give yourself 1-2 minutes at the register before the points show up on your account if you want to use them right away. So staff was helpful, patience, and informative.”

The difference in the atmosphere and customer service is remarkable. The employees were incredibly friendly, greeting customers and offering assistance.
And Alfredo—wow! Someone please make him a manager and give him a huge raise! He was extremely helpful, and his appearance was exceptionally well kept and professional. His customer service really stood out and made a wonderful impression.
