Animals are allowed, which is nice, but they need a better designated area for pets to do the doo.Cool area with pool table, shuffle board, gym, free bikes, kayaks & paddle boards to tenants and guests. Great amenities for local activities.They need better security surrounding the property, there have been muggings nearby.”

“This building isn't new construction but is maintained really well. There’s a really easy process to submit any maintenance requests and the team moves promptly to address. In fact, they’ve gone above and beyond every time they come by to ensure all systems working properly! Friendly folks :)”
“The suspension and axel broke as I was backing out of the 10 minute parking space I was sitting in. My car could only back up and not move forward this happened around 8:30 - 9pm at night no tow trucks around. Fredis Monge the facility manager ran from his building and said I heard what happened we heard the accident. He said I’m sorry to hear what happened. He then asked if we would get towed and asked if needed help my boyfriend said give us sometime to figure it out. Long story short Fredis offered for me to use the lobby restroom while I wait for a tow truck he also offered for me to sit in the lobby . I told him that I was ok sitting in my car he said it should be ok that I should be safe plus he was there at the facility so everything would be ok.! He was more than accommodating I had to stay overnight to get my car towed. He was so kind to offer the facility for me to use. He did not have do that at all!! He was so kind and warm hearted he even gave me a hug. He also gave me the telephone number to the hotel across the street which was booked for the night. I’ve never met someone so kind and caring he was genuinely concerned for my well being. This guy deserves so much in life! Just for being a good hearted person. I felt safe he even ticketed someone for over staying their welcome while I sat in the space which made me feel even safer. The staff is incredible as well everyone so nice and welcoming I truly appreciated it! Just know if you ever come across Fredis your in good hands.”
“Yes, it’s important to point out the maintenance has greatly improved over the past few months. Yesterday, Joesph came by and replaced the water and air filters. He did a good job and I was surprised how quickly he responded, less than 24 hours from my first request. Joesph has been to my apartment before and he is always friendly and professional. I understand that there has been an additional serviceman employed by Esprit, this is great news.”
