“Had an absolutely great experience here. My car brakes were making noise so I assumed the brakes needed to be changed. After calling multiple places and going to 2 other spots, everyone told me I needed brakes and rotors changed and for a pretty steep price. Called here and the price was fair but we're also available at the moment (everyone else was scheduled for another time). I came in and explained what I was hearing and he explained it may not be the actual brake pads, but the rotors. I asked if he could check and said absolutely. Sure enough, he told me my brake pads were still almost new and it was definitely my rotors and he could resurface them for me. He also said I'm not going to take money for something you don't need.I told him I really appreciated his honesty. Less than an hour later, I'm all done and sure enough the noise is gone and brakes actually feel way better than when I purchased the car. I wholeheartedly appreciate honesty, making time to fit someone in, and all around being a great business. Thank you Barney, your shop earned a new customer today!”

“The reason why these guys are the best in Los Angeles is clear: they perform Road Forced balancing, precision alignments, and proper indexing. For a few years now, I have owned my heavy Bimmer 6 vert, and I can attest that the roads in Los Angeles are equally as good as California bagels.Because of the countless potholes, misaligned paving, dip signs everywhere warning drivers of a actual man made dips in the road! “I told the manager Oscar that my experience would be a good commercial for Valvoline. “Woman (me) puts a big load of laundry in the dryer at her apartment for 90 minutes, drives to Valvoline and gets her oil changed, tires checked (didn’t need rotation), radiator fluid drained and replaced and all Lights checked ALL while she’s sitting on her car jamming to music and giving herself a manicure.” The rest is I had time to go to the bank, dispensary (off Pico & Overland), get gas and get back to my SM apartment for my laundry. “Amazing service, honest, and extremely kind staff. I came in because my flat tire light came on but I couldn't identify which tire it was. The staff were so kind and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything and checked each tire for holes and each tire sensor. It turns out that the tires were off balance and just needed the air pressure to be corrected. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will come back here for all of my car's needs. They handled the situation with the utmost case and updated me on what was going on every step of the way!”

“Been to this location a few times and they are very efficient. Never had a problem with Valvoline. They go over and beyond to make sure they are thorough. The staff here are very friendly and informative, just like in Hermosa Beach. Whatever location you go to they can pull up your VIN up in their system and see the vehicle history so you don't have to keep up with it. Love how easy it is and that I don't have to sit in a waiting room. So convenient. They also check other fluids, wipers, lights, turn signals, and tire pressure. Also, they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Not only great service but genuine interaction from workers as well. Good, genuine customer service is hard to find these days. I always leave out of the Valvoline stalls feeling like they value me as a customer.”
