“This shop did an excellent job repairing my 2022 Dodge Challenger. I don't trust my car to anyone easily, as I've had a bad color match repair experience with my car before (it is octane red, an exclusive Dodge color). But the color match done here was perfect, as Premium is Dodge certified. (They were recommended to me by 2 other friends who have Challengers and are picky about the condition of their cars.) After someone backed into my drivers side door, crunching it in completely, Jack and his team helped me deal with the insurance, explained everything to me, and got my repair done quickly and professionally. The other party's insurance company was terrible, and Jack had the knowledge and advice which helped me get my deductible back and get everything settled. Jack also made sure I had my rental lined up so that I had reliable transportation during the repair. As a courtesy, Jack even fixed my bumper, which had a bad color match and drips from another shop's repair. Arthur went over everything that was repaired on my car, which was returned to me shiny and detailed. Jack, Arthur and everyone at Premium made a stressful experience go as smoothly as possible- I am so grateful to have my car back in perfect condition. You can't tell it was ever damaged.”

I have been to several body/paint guys in my time in LA, both on the Westside and in the Valley. “The team at all city are all super professional and the work done is of amazing quality. Came in with my Tesla that had been sideswiped and needed bumper and quarter panel replacement - was seriously crumpled. Process took about a month in total (mainly waiting for parts from tesla), but the team kept me updated throughout. What impressed me the most was how helpful and proactive they were with contacting insurance, other party insurance, rental car, etc. Really helped mitigate any headaches in the repair process. And of course, the end result is like new again wow! Paint and repair were spot on. Highly recommend this shop for your Tesla and would be my first contact again.”

“If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. This is the BEST bodyshop I have ever used. I was in TWO accidents (fender benders) and my 2022 Prius needed some serious work, luckily my insurance covered the costs (minus deductible) but the damage was extensive. All of the cars sensors were wrecked, no more parking assist, no more warnings when I'm too close. MBS not only fixed everything, they guaranteed the work. When I took the car back, everything was working better than before. I tested all of the sensors and parking assist. PERFECT. Not to mention the car looks BRAND NEW! Nestor was my point person and he dealt with the insurance company, there as no hassle. In fact when I forgot to mention some damage and told him about after the claim had already gone through, he did a quick readjustment and called the insurance company ... they sent over a check. Nestor was great! I really hope I don't get into anymore accidents (but this is LA haha) if I do, MBS has my business for LIFE!”

“I want to start off by saying I know little to nothing about cars. I had to go to LA for a 3-Day work event and coincidentally and to my bad luck, my car managed to act up on a Saturday after all the shops were closed. I spent over an hour trying to get in contact with shops about my car troubles and Nagy was the only person who answered the phone and gave me a response (even after his stated business hours)! Due to his shop not being open on Sunday, he was extremely communicative about me getting my car to his shop early Monday morning. He helped walk me through the process and gave me an initial estimate which was very reasonable. He even stayed until late night to finish working on my car as I told him early morning I would need my car to get back home/to work early morning. Super down to earth guy, gave me life and car buying advice, and most importantly, my car is working perfectly no issues. He thoroughly checks your car and wants to ensure EVERYTHING is up to par before you leave his shop. While I do not live in LA, his kindness and attention to detail will not be forgotten.
