“I am genuinely surprised to see some of the low ratings for this Ralphs location. In my experience, the staff has always been friendly, professional, and willing to help. Shopping here is pleasant, and the pharmacy team, in particular, has consistently provided excellent service and treated customers with respect and care.

Like any busy store, there may occasionally be issues, but that doesn't reflect the overall quality of the people who work here. Unfortunately, some reviewers seem to take a single bad experience and turn it into an exaggerated criticism of the entire store. We all have bad days, and sometimes expectations can be unrealistic.

Before judging this location based solely on a few negative reviews, I would encourage people to visit for themselves. The employees work hard, the store is well run, and the customer service has been consistently positive in my experience. If someone thinks the service here is poor, they might want to spend some time at other pharmacies and grocery stores and see what they're missing. I, for one, appreciate the staff and will continue shopping here.”

“I've always enjoyed a good relationship with Ralph's Pharmacy. There are two Pharmacy Technicians ~ Omar and Al ~ who have been here for years. The Pharmacist may change (mostly they're very helpful), but as long as Omar and Al are there, it runs smoothly. Benefits of a large, networked pharmacy with a Mom and Pop vibe. Thumbs up.”

What stands out most is that this has not been a one-time interaction. Marquis has shown the same level of care and attentiveness every single time I’ve been there, and that kind of consistency really matters. “These reviews are all old and..quite frankly from people who don’t realize this Walgreens is literally crackhead ground zero at the corner of Washington/lincoln, this is no fault of the employees working there. I’ve used the pharmacy for 4 years, never and issue and all 3 of the pharmacists are nice/helpful. Also have never had an issue getting one of them on the phone.

Temper your expectations people.”

“8/18/26. I wanted to highlight how incredible the Customer Service is at this location. I ran into Frank when I first walked in, and he went Above & beyond to help me out. While he was walking through the aisles, I asked for his help locating some items. He took me right over to them, stayed to chat, and even walked me to another item to suggest options and help me pick out the exact right one. He was incredibly professional, easy to talk to, super informative, and genuinely helpful.
On top of that, Maria at the front counter is always amazing and brings such a great attitude every time I visit! It was only at the end of my visit that I found out Frank is actually one of the store managers, which makes total sense given his outstanding leadership and service. Thank you both!

I love writing reviews for this CVS because the staff never lets me down and today was no different.
I need to give a huge shout out to Fred, A gentleman working near the pharmacy. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and patient, helping me find what I was looking for and even pointing me in the right direction to locate other items. Then he popped up right at the register to help out other customers! He is a keeper!
Marisol was the absolute sweetest when ringing up my items. She was so patient while checking for coupons and helping me put in my phone number. This team goes above and beyond every single time. Best CVS staff around!

Ladies Night Tonight!!

I had the best experience tonight 6/3/26, around 7:30 PM! Two lovely ladies completely blew me away with their customer service. The woman in the makeup department was so nice, friendly, and answered all my questions while helping me pick out products. Then, maria at the checkout was an absolute Angel! She was so patient, adorable, and helped me figure out my coupons. She truly went above and beyond to make my night and has the sweetest most generous spirit. I love her! Highly recommend this location.

Every time I come to this CVS in Marina del Rey, the employees are always so nice, helpful and amazing. On 9/28/25, a team member at self-checkout went above and beyond (wish I got his name!). Truly the best CVS staff around!”
