“I’m not as loyal to Gelson’s as my parents were, but they still have the freshest salad bar and the best deli/fresh food options. And everyone who works at this location is lovely, friendly, helpful and so patient!! Shout to Claudia and Carissa in the bakery, who always go the extra mile for my mom and I, and to Lenny at the register, who always manages to put a smile on my face!!”

“I am genuinely surprised to see some of the low ratings for this Ralphs location. In my experience, the staff has always been friendly, professional, and willing to help. Shopping here is pleasant, and the pharmacy team, in particular, has consistently provided excellent service and treated customers with respect and care.
Like any busy store, there may occasionally be issues, but that doesn't reflect the overall quality of the people who work here. Unfortunately, some reviewers seem to take a single bad experience and turn it into an exaggerated criticism of the entire store. We all have bad days, and sometimes expectations can be unrealistic.
Before judging this location based solely on a few negative reviews, I would encourage people to visit for themselves. The employees work hard, the store is well run, and the customer service has been consistently positive in my experience. If someone thinks the service here is poor, they might want to spend some time at other pharmacies and grocery stores and see what they're missing. I, for one, appreciate the staff and will continue shopping here.”
“Can't wait to visit this location again! After 7 years eating prison slop, im heading there to hand grab every sushi and cheese off the display case. Even nibble on the biggo parm wheel ever so gently. Crack open the brewskies. Hopefully my stash is still between aisle 12-13. Yummy. On my way walking from new mexico”
“The staff here are great. Especially the night workers. I have not visited much during the day. The store is very clean. They also keep up with their produce pretty well. However, Pavilions can be pretty expensive. I can only recommend if you're on a budget check for sales and sign up for their rewards program.”
