Im big on customer service and the team here are very welcoming and helpful. I ended up buying 3 pairs of kicks. 2 dead stock and 1 lightly used. The price was definitely on point. They made sure I got shoes I was happy with. They went above and beyond for me and brought me shoes my size from out back and I found 2 pairs I ended up purchasing. I recommend this store to anyone looking for heat! Ill be visiting soon again i found my spot for sure! Thanks fam you guys where all helpful and dope to do business with! 💯”

“Im from OC so it took me about an hour drive to get here. There’s limited street parking but theres also a parking lot ($20). It was like a 2-3 minute walk to the store and as soon as I stepped foot in here I was greeted with a warm welcome! He asked me if I had any questions and went straight to marveling at their extensive variety of exotic dancewear, box lingerie, and SHOES!! I felt like I was in stripper heaven with all the options available. Staff were so quick to help me out and answer any questions, one of them even helped me try on some shoes and I felt like Cinderella lol. Definitely come by and shop here, i’ll be back soon! ??”

“The store is has a more limited selection than most of their European locations. The employee was very helpful–I think the employee's name was Nathan according to the receipt (perhaps this is the same helpful gentleman with glasses from another review). Super polite, fast service, fun and pleasant experience.”

“Found this place in 2015 and come every once in awhile. Most recently needed a last-minute suit for a wedding and Michael and Norma were awesome. I intended to get a black suit but they didn't have my size on hand so Michael offered to call another store and check but instead with he and Norma's help I got a charcoal gray suit with a lavender dress shirt & Michael suggested where I could get a matching bowtie online. I wasn't sure about the gray suit right then when trying it on but at the wedding when I had the whole look together it's now one of my favorite formal fits.”

I've found some amazing body suits and costumes here which have delighted me for years. A great place to spend an hour or two and just have fun looking around, and not break the bank!”
“I learned so much about my feet with the foot scan! I had no idea my feet were two different sizes, and that my arches are actually different heights. Made a lot of sense in terms of the pain and imbalances I experience. I know online shopping is easy, but I'm really glad I made the trek to the store. I likely would not have bought the style nor the size I ended up in had I not had the in-person experience. Highly recommend!”

“Anthony did such a fantastic and detailed job replacing the sole for these Lottusse 1877 leather boots. Fair price too. He and his wife are honest, hard working immigrants.
Before luckily finding them, someone recommended the William Windham store and they said the same boots “had no repair”. Their loss.

“Needed some new Dress Shirts. Working in the Jewelry industry I need to always look sharp. I’ve tried shirts from Amazon but you get what you pay for . Since I worked for DXL in the past and after being disappointed at Macy with size selection, I decided to stop in . I found 4 great shirts all on clearance and mostly 2nd markdown. The quality of the shirts is night and day from what I had in my closet. This particular store was also very clean and organized. Thanks DXL Culver City .”

“I’ve always liked this store, but I’m disappointed. I bought Red Wing boots expecting their usual repair policy if the soles failed. When mine separated, I called ahead and was told to bring them in. I drove across town, ready to pay the $125 repair fee, only to be told they couldn’t be fixed because they were glued, not stitched. That was never explained at purchase. The associate turned me down, and the whole thing felt like a giant letdown. I came expecting a solution, but they didn’t deliver. I won’t be shopping here again.

“I visited the New Rock and Dr Marten portion of posers today, and all I can say is wow!! The service in the stores were top notch!! The New Rock portion was very well stocked with pretty much any New Rock shoe that you could think of.
