OUTSTANDING...Outstanding customer service.I went there to just exchange my lovely gift for different size.Jamie, the store manager greeted us with great attitude.I told them that I'm there to just get one size bigger of the shoes that I already have.Even though she knew I'm there to just do an exchange, she went out of her way and brought us not only different sizes but also a little bit different models too.She said she wants to make sure I'm getting the perfect fit.Not only I got different size but I got a different model which was way more comfortable for my feet.And also I try totally different model and I fall in love with a pair of boots which I'm going back to bring them home soon :)Thank you Jamie and her sweet coworker for your amazing service.You will see us soon and you will see us a lot :)”

“After two new hips, it was time to get myself some new tennis shoes. Everything SoHui suggested was spot on--after trying on a couple of styles-- the 990s were the way to go. Podiatrist recommended, she said, and I could see why. Huge difference for my aching legs and back. And she said they tend to run half a size bigger; also, spot on. I usually wear a 7-1/2 but the 7 fit purr-fectly! Plus, room for my orthotics (w/ New Balance's removable insoles, so smart). I noticed as I wore them for the first time today, not only are they a huge improvement over the ones I bought a few years back (very cushiony), they also give me some nice lift. I did the Yelp check-in and SoHui was happy to give me the 10% discount. All in all, a much better experience that I was expecting.”

“Great shop! I lived in LA when great men's shops were plentiful. Moved east in the 90's. As times change most of the men's shops closed. Discovered Sid Mashburn on line and shopped the DC shop a few times. Very nice. Moved back to So Cal a few years ago. Gave up on LA and was going to Newport for clothes. I ordered a couple things on line last year from Mashburn and decided to visit the Brentwood shop. I knew it was small but I was hopeful. Let me start with the look. How about a diminutive Paul Stewart or that outstanding men's shop in BH that closed a few years back? Yep, Mashburn is it!The people are tremendous! Chris is the GM. He knows his stuff and makes shopping easy. Vin is the expert tailor. It's all about the fit and they nail it every time. They now have my measurements on file and the buying is so easy I go nuts from time to time because the clothes are outstanding. Go to Sid Mashburn to find great clothes and terrific service. You won't be disappointed!”

“I have to admit: I live in LA for 14 years, and never heard about this store.I am visiting the Santa Monica area once in 2-3 months, specially the 3rd St. promenade, but didn't notice this store.Last week I had a guest from the UK, and she was the one who noticed the store, while we were there on Saturday. Apparently, she is familiar with their clothes, and love them from London.The moment we entered the store, we were greeted by Chris with a very warm welcoming. He helped my friend, and 2 other customers at the same time, with the BEST customer service I have ever seen. He was so kind, happy, nice , helpful, with an exact eye for sizes and designs. He new in a minute which size my friend needs, and the same for the other 2 customers. "juggling" between all the 3 of them, bringing them everything they wanted, suggested new items (in the exact size), helping all of us checking out , and all of that, with a big smile and a warm heart. What an amazing experience!My friend ended up buying a few items, and so did the other 2.Because he told us he is the manager in Pacific Palisades, we drove there on Monday :-) to check the store over there, before my friend headed back to London.I must say - every business owner who has such a loyal employee, is blessed.Chris is definitely working in the store like it was his.Thank you Chris. You made our day.”

I came in looking for a quarter zip and left with a bunch of fun sweaters, a button down that doesn’t gape over my tatas (!!!!!), a knit jacket, and a unique purse that I can’t wait to use everyday. “Ragoni Firenze has a spectacular classy, modern, exciting selection of hand-made Italian shoes, purses and luggage - for women of all ages - but a particular 'find' for professional woman who care about design-forward comfort. The Italian designs are timeless, some on-trend but not trendy. Heidi, the manager, is exceptional in customer service, as is her staff. The pricing is reasonable and I am delighted they are within a walk's reach. If you have not discovered this jewel of Montana Avenue - you must check it out.”

“Absolutely fabulous experience. The Capitol Clothing's staff was extremely helpful and giving off positive vibes. Similar to Brentwood homes, the dressing rooms were spacious and there was plenty of comfortable seating for those needing a break from standing. Plus, vases filled with fresh flowers. There was a wide range of options to choose from, although, if you haven't shopped here before, be warned... the prices are certainly on the high end.”

“I love to shop and I really dig Ruti. The clothing is contemporary quality. The fabrics are incredible. They focus on machine washable! Yes! And their clothes are catered to those who travel so think limited wrinkle fabrics. They have tons of amazing basics, quality knits and also some dresses. I have a gorgeous, black lace casual dress from them and also work slacks. Great, broad range of selections. Try things on though - the hanger appeal is not always there but when you put on the pieces, it's when it starts to work and you see and experts flattery magic. They also design for layers which in SoCal is key. I love their cuts and quality. They also have seasonal colors. I highly recommend this designer. Their sales people are very attentive and helpful. I always am impressed by their attentiveness.”

“We went on a Sunday and had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to work with us. In the mean time we were able to browse the store. DEVEN was an incredible help. He fitted me and my boyfriend for shoes, inserts and socks. I ended up trying on 8ish pairs because we just weren't finding the right fit. Deven was patient and kind the entire time, as he had to put my inserts into every pair. Thank you, Deven!!”

The employees here are so nice, I didn't have a mask so the employees offered me one that matched my outfit. I didn't find shoes that fit me but they had my size online so the sales associate offered to order me some. “I went in looking for some AF1's that had came out the same day. I took an L in the SNKRS app that morning and really, really wanted the shoes for sentimental value. On a whim I decided to try this Undefeated since I was close by. Low and behold there at the counter were the shoes on display and in my exact size. I was thrilled!! The guys at the counter were super nice and helpful. They have a great selection of shoes some hard to find/get. I am sure I'll be back. BTW...I loved the music during the time I was in there.”

“Decent location overall, pretty big, clean, well lit. They had a good selection of merchandise, so it was fun browsing, checking the store out. My first time here, I used to shop at the location on the Promenade. The fitting rooms were fine, customer service was OK, not amazing but decent. I don't shop at this chain that often but I usually like to check it out, see if anything fits my needs since prices are still reasonable and the style is trendy, hip and fun. I like to keep my options open!”
