“What a lovely store! This was far better than any Loft I have ever been. I am from the Chicago area so I have seen many. The items were beautifully displayed. The store is quite large and very clean. The girl who waited on me could not have been nicer. It was an enjoyable experience.”

“I really love this store and in particular I love the sales people there. I wandered into the store about eight months ago just out of curiosity had seen the name over the years, but never gone in, I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of clothing and styles and really love the jewelry though it’s a little bit on the high end for me. Mrs. Adams was so helpful suggesting items that I might like based on things that I had already picked up off the shelves or racks. She wasn’t pushy, but she was helpful. She was super friendly. Every time guests come into the store she takes a moment to greet them that makes a difference in a boutique experience. It’s the thing that makes you want to come back even if you’re not sure there’s something there that you want that day.. Sure, the text are great reminders but honestly, even with the discounts and the text messages if I didn’t like the store experience, I wouldn’t go in. There’s too many online options that are easier. Your magic fairy dust is in the selection of clothes, but is equally in the selection of Sales personnel. I look forward to many years of being your client, I appreciate your hours and the text messages and as you can tell, I definitely appreciate the helpful sales staff the turnover and merchandise that gives you fresh things to choose from and the fairly reasonable prices. With a number of the smaller businesses in Marina del Rey having closed down M Fredric remains one of the few places you can go and still find a nice gift for either sex Or something special to wear for yourself. I purchased things for myself, my daughter and both of my sons and I can promise you none of us have the same style nor are we even close in age. For a busy professional this is a great alternative shopping experience for me. No crazy mall no hectic parking just good service and great products. That’s the way I like it.”

“The bike shop at this REI location is the best I’ve ever been to. And that includes both REI locations and traditional bike shops. The staff are so incredibly helpful, and always willing to accommodate special request and my schedule. I have now had three tire repairs at this location, and every single time the staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to get me back on my bike. Since I’m still new to cycling, I rely quite heavily on their recommendations. They’re always wanting to spend a few extra minutes with me teaching me or explaining why they’ve recommended what they recommended, and pros and cons. Today Chris helped me out with my tire and tube repair and was really helpful! He was also very kind and patient with me when I asked lots of questions. Truly, I couldn’t ask for a better bike shop experience!”
