I just had such a wonderful experience with Cuyana, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize both their corporate customer service team and the team at the Venice Beach store.
I had purchased a couple of Cuyana travel bags several years ago that unfortunately developed defects. I was honestly so impressed that Cuyana stood behind their products and made the process of receiving purchase credit incredibly easy. The entire experience with their corporate team was professional, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused.
Then I went into the Venice Beach store, where Rachel was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in taking care of my purchase credit. She also went the extra mile by honoring a discount I would have received had I purchased online. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out to me.
I ended up purchasing the **Mini Easy Zipper in Forest Green** and the **Nano Zipper Pouch in Cappuccino** — both beautiful pieces that I’m so happy with.
It’s refreshing to experience a company that truly stands behind its products and employees who make you feel valued as a customer. **Thank you to the Cuyana corporate team and especially Rachel at the Venice Beach store for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable.** This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes me want to continue shopping with a brand. ❤”
“Had a great experience shopping today at the Venice store for a gift. All three women politely interfaced with me (and it was very busy) at some point, going the extra mile by double checking for styles in the stock room & making suggestions. I got two great pieces for a gift.

“This is my new favorite boutique. It's a hidden gem. When you first walk in you are immediately greeted & treated wonderfully! My experience was with Meagan! She was so kind to both my kids & helped entertain them while I shopped! It was seriously the best! Then once you walk back there is a huge selection of awesome brands! “Love this place, I live in Arizona and visit California occasionally when I want to get away from the desert for a couple days. The boutique is so colorful, friendly atmosphere in my opinion. I am not sure if the jewelry is real gold or plated but a lot of the options are gorgeous. Kaftans are a very popular trend, don't think this type of style will ever phase out. The garments are perfect to wear to the beach, pool parties, events, and even perfect to wear whenever you do a cruise vacation. Love!!!!!!!”
