Yesterday,I had the opportunity to visit this wonderful place, everything there is simply charming! There are many unique and exclusive options for giving gifts. Furthermore, the customer service is very special and delicate. I was looking for a bag made of good quality fabric several weeks ago, and I found it there! I bought a beautiful bag with a painted hummingbird, this is fashionable! I adore it. I recommend this gift shop 100%,β
βMy wife and I recently visited Ashley in Concord, CA a couple of days ago with no intention of purchasing anything-just browsing. We were greeted by Steve, who did a fantastic job of explaining the store layout, products and services without the pushy sales guy tactics often seen elsewhere. After some browsing, we stumbled upon the Isanti dining room set and knew it was perfect for our home. Steve made the entire process enjoyable and simple, solidifying us as Ashley customers for life. If you plan a visit, be sure to track him down!β

βCindy and Cindy were great help in picking out Christmas gifts for the family! Their selection of rosaries are amazing! The crosses were absolutely beautiful. βI'm not sure why out of the different hobby lobby I have been too this one didn't have as much clearance. However that's probably because they stay busy which is good. They were busy when I got there . The line to checkout moved fast and the people were friendly.β

βFriendly, informative, good prices. Delivery crew was spectacular, even helped me rearrange the living room when they dropped off the sectional we ordered. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is they can be hard to reach on the phone if you need to speak to someone.β
βBought a bed, ottoman, and couch. Good experience and lowest prices I saw. until the ottoman never showed. And the location handled it poorly always putting me off until the owner got in, and he was never in. Called 4 times and showed up in person. Yet Iβm
Still ottoman-less and refund-less.
Update: ottoman received along with a $100 store card after 2nd delivery attempt.

βAbsolutely fabulous store with charming goods! The owner (Max) is extremely knowledgable and super friendly, which made for a very pleasant shopping experience. I bought a few items for gifts and they were well received. I also recommended this store to my family and they enjoyed the experience as well. This is an unusual gem of a store on Vine Street with many choices for gift- giving as well as fantastic customer service! A must visit if you are in the area!!β
βLovely little shop thatβs crammed full of wonderful old (mostly) things! They were very friendly and helpful, when asked; otherwise, I was left to browse peacefullyβ¦which I did for a very long time. Thereβs a lot to see!
I felt that some prices were a bit high, but overall reasonable and fair for the market. And I did buy lots of things: jewelry, beaded necklaces, and some antique sterling silver.
I will definitely be returning!β
