“I brought in some green metallic paint for them to help me finish some odds and ends of my vehicle. I was greeted by everyone! I took all of the gentlemen's suggestions and I had incredible result! My wife was impressed and gave me all the credit. THANK YOU!”
“We stopped by yesterday and Alex helped us immediately. He set us up with a color coordinator named Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable. She gave us excellent recommendations and was extremely patient. Afterward we came back to the shop and Andriana got us all of the color swatches. This is an excellent shop for all of your painting and color needs!”
“Amazing paint store with a wide variety of quality products! Jair, Ilene, and the rest of the staff are amazing and easy to work with. I continue to use them and their products for my residential and commercial painting projects. Top tier service all the way around!”
“Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Honestly didn’t even go inside but I sat at the table/chairs outside and they brought me a bottle of water! Passed the vibe check for sure, these guys rock.”
“10/10 recommend. I have purchased from here for 4.5 years. I love ALL of their products, that I have purchases thus far. The quality of the paint is amazing. The brushes are borderline top tier, especially the detail brushes!”
“I had a great experience at this Benjamin Moore location. The staff is super helpful and the service goes above and beyond — every question I had was answered clearly and they were incredibly easy to communicate with throughout. They're trustworthy and reliable, and I was genuinely impressed that they were willing to work with me after hours to make sure everything got done. Highly recommend if you're looking for a paint store that actually cares about getting it right!”
“Robert the owner is great. He helped me matching the color of the car I was driving in very little time. He is very experienced with car paint, very reasonable price and gives excellent advise. I recommend 100% to go with him when it comes to your car paint.”
“This little out of the way paint store is my absolute favorite place to purchase my paint and painting supplies. After you find it you will never go to a large store to buy your paint. The store is well supplied, well organized and clean. The prices are reasonable and they have good sales which they offer to you even when you don't mention it. The employees are the best part of the store though. They are first of all so polite and helpful, even when they know you are only buying one can of paint and don't know what you are doing or need. They make sure you get exactly what you came in for. I appreciate the way each employee is willing to take the time to help me, even carrying one can of paint to my car for me. Thank you to each of you or making my painting experience a little easier.”
“Great customer service support! Usually, I'm a independent auto & motorcycle mechanic, but I had this odd job to do a touch-up paint job for my client's car and needed to get it right on the first try. The counter person was very helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me with this task. He taught me various professional tips to do it right in such a short period of time. After seeing my finished result with the challenging rattling spray can painting method painting and advanced clear coating blending , he essentially made me a professional car painter in just 10 minutes!?? The color match mixing technician in the back room was unbelievably professional—A true maestro of color mixing champion ?. The spray can I received was a perfect match to the T ! What a color mixing wizard! ? ??????? Without his skill & eyes for color matching , everything can get ruined completely ! A Lots of respect to that guy, seriously.. A custom mix color spray can cost me $35. Fair & reasonable price. I'd definitely be back here again, definitely. Thank you very much!?”
“Chuck was so helpful! I wasn't sure what I needed. And honestly I'm tired of going to Home Depot for paint. It never works out like they promise. But .. today was different. Dunn Edwards was an excellent experience. I'm so happy I went there. I will always go here for paint & supplies. Best experience ever! ?”
“Once upon a time, the husband was patching up some of our walls. He placed this dark blue painter's tape along our walls and I instantly fell in love with the color and the way it contrasted with our white walls and dark furniture. It reminded me of Frida Kahlo's Casa Azul and at that moment, I wanted to paint an accent wall that color. Some time passes, we end up going to get the paint. Unable to persuade the hubby to go for the dark color (he swore it would darken our place), we compromised on a baby blue color. Meh. After living with the color for about a year, the hubby agrees that we should have gone darker. Insert eye roll here. Seeing as how we had picked Benjamin Moore's Aura collection for the baby blue (numerous articles claim it was he best quality paint at a reasonable price), we wanted to seek the same quality of paint. The original store where we purchased it from was no longer in business, so we found another. Enter Eastmont Paint & Decorating. Thanks to the service received at EP&D, we were able to get the right paint color this time. We brought in a piece of the painter's tape and they were able to direct us to Big Country Blue. We absolutely love the color (& no, it didn't darken the space). The husband learned to trust his wife's vision that day.”
“Went here for some swatches and samples and came back the next day for a gallon of my chosen color. Everyone who helped me was incredibly kind and knowledgeable throughout the process. I called ahead with some questions and a live human picked up right away and was very helpful. The woman who mixed my samples really went above and beyond. She gave me some great suggestions for how to test the colors on my wall, and even found me a piece of cardboard to use for the process that turned out to be just what I needed. I find myself wishing I had more walls to paint!”
“I've used them 3 times now and this guy does an awesome job matching the paint. Of course I always drop off a sample piece. Great job for a great price. In the pictures, I labeled the panels/ paint that I got from MC.”
“Top of the line Limewash, Venetian plaster and microcement based in Los Angeles. Have been using Meoded for nearly 2 decades, best products out there, very much recommend, can check out our page it’s all Meoded products!”
“I went to this location with little expectation of getting my questions answered because I was certain I had irreversibly messed up my apartment walls by retouching spots with the wrong kind of paint. I had the right color, but was using an egg shell paint on a flat painted surface...which I didn't notice until I had retouched the entire townhouse before realizing that it was drying with a shine instead of flat. I had covered all our walls with these shiny spots and it looked horrible. At this Dunn-Edwards location, I was helped by Stephen, who was so patient and supportive in guiding me through how to potentially correct my mistakes. He was kind, informative, and eager to get the right match. And he was 100% right in his suggestions. It worked beautifully and my horrible amateur painter mistakes were corrected! I'm so very grateful for his help!”
“Totally love the Staff and all there knowledge. They can really match paint very good. They are extremely helpful, and they have good supplies. I highly recommend this place. I don't think you will find a better place than South Bay Paints and Tool Supply. Niel is a super awesome guys and he's and incredible Surfer . Thanks to all you guys for all your support and knowledge..”
“I have been coming to this store for over 5 years. I love this paint!! It beats Sherwin Williams and Home Depot any day. Additionally, the customer service has increased for the better in the past year or so. I have remodeled a few houses and always have ton of questions due to strange paint jobs from previous owners. Their new sales guy Jorge is very patient and considerate with all my questions. I recommend this store highly.”
“They're 5+++ in my book. They always go above and beyond in assisting me with my orders. The employees are always so friendly and very knowledgeable with the products that they carry and if it's something that they dont have they will find it for you. Greatly recommend them...”
“Had a minor issue, which they kindly resolved in a manner of minuts. Staff was extremely kind and helpful and gave great advice on how to make it look good again. Would definitly return here in the future.”
“I Recommend Best Color Supply, On A Saturday I Needed Touch Up Paint For A Family Members Van, Best Color Supply Came Through, I Called And Had The Paint Mixed, The Color Was Spot On ?? I Was In a Rush And Found Best Color Supply Late In The Day, The Owner Offered To Stay Late In Order For Me To Pick Up My Order The Same Day. Luckily I Was Able To Make It Before Closing. You Can Also Pay With Zelle, Which Is A Very Convenient Option.”
“This is my favorite place to get paint for my projects....whenever one of you go to this place ask for Kiko. He will give you the best recommendation for ur paint and also the unbelievable price !!”
“Awesome paint supply store. The store is very clean and organized. All the paints are in order. Most of them are in order of color. Customer service is really friendly, very helpful. A/C is always on, always a plus for a hot day. The process of mixing the paint is rather quicker than I thought. But, then again they are probably just good at their job. They do offer a waiting area with chair's and a table, also they offer coffee for when you're waiting.”
“Great customer service. Mr. Padilla always puts the customer first! I've been doing business with this company for over five years now and have not once being disappointed.”

“Yesterday morning I and my gal pal went into Dunn Edwards and spoke with Thomas Carlton, Assistant Manager, my gal pal is painting the inside of her house and I am going to help her, I am a retired Carpenter Working Supervisor for the County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department. I am trying to teach her how things are done, we talked with Thomas once before and this time as the last time he was extremely helpful, and with his knowledge he really showed how simple things can be as long as you know what you are trying to do, and even as in this case that is not the fact... We purchase $80 worth of paint and she was very happy. I saw another women in there, and she was struggling trying to communicate what she is trying to accomplish, the person who was helping her was VERY patient and helpful, as I listened in on the conversation. So here it goes. It doesn't matter if you are a guy or gal, if you are not sure of what you are doing and how to go about doing it with regards to painting, come down to Dunn Edwards have all what you are trying to do in your mind or write it down, talk to these highly trained, skilled professionals, explain to them what you are trying to accomplish, oh PLEASE make sure you have your colors picked out... Then listen to what they are telling you, they will tell you what level of paint you should be looking to buy, and here is the hard part, TRUST them, you won't go wrong, that is the main part and the most important part. Then when you go home, get on U Tube enter Tutorial for painting interior, or exterior of residential home, and then start looking at the tutorials that are there and get some knowledge on how you should proceed. Good Luck and have fun, and if something didn't quite turn out, go back to Dunn Edwards show them from your I Phone, I Pad and they will be able to help you achieve your goal. The trick to this is simple, establish a relationship with your Dunn Edwards person, and you will feel much better as you go along with taking care of the most expensive thing you will ever purchase in your life... Thomas Carlton, thank you for your patience and knowledge and people skills, I and my gal pal will be coming back as once I change out all the case and base inside the house and paint all the interior of the house, no doubt we will be back for different colors as I am trying to introduce her to colorful colors for her various rooms in her house....”
“I found H&Q colors via Yelp and I'm glad I called them. After messaging them, it took only a few hours before they called me and ask about the issue. Aaron was good at communicating and figuring out what repair was needed. Scheduling was easy and definitely made sure to accommodate us. As for the repair, I would say 10 out 10. Aaron went above and beyond to fixing our ceiling, enough so that it looked like nothing had happen. Also, during the Job, he made sure that our floors would stay clean. My wife and I are very satisfied”
