“So I showed up to this store near closing time because I couldn’t figure out moving my phone number from a business account (Verizon) to my Spectrum personal account. Christine helped me out and was having the same issues I was so I told her (now 20-30 minutes past closing time) that this wasn’t Spectrum’s problem, I’ll leave and deal with the Verizon account manager (who insisted all the info given by Verizon to transfer the number was correct) and come back. Christine insisted on looking into it further, found out how to get into the Verizon business account, cross-referenced the info, found out I was given incorrect transfer numbers, and got the phone working.
Christine went above and beyond and truly helped me with a very frustrating situation. It’s rare nowadays to work with people who actually care about their company’s clients and Christine has earned Spectrum a loyal account. Thanks again, see you next time!”

He was a great example of an employee that goes above and beyond. Felt kind of bad for him because he was the only one working in the store, somebody called out. But he handled it like a pro.
