“Enrique was amazing!! Great customer service over the phone and in-person. I had two iPhones to be cleaned and wanted a new screen protector on one that I brought with me. He only took 15 minutes to clean it (I was the only one there), and after trying to put my protector on, showed me that it had a defect on the back (bubbles). He explained that sometimes they have manufacture defects (which I didn't know), so I just had him put another one from the store and it worked perfectly! Plus, it comes with a warranty! Thanks SO much for the excellent service, and glad to have a great local place!”

She spent an hour with me trying to help me set up a phone that ended up not working due to my carrier being unreliable (no fault of wildomar wireless). After not being able to set up the phone i purchased from her she quickly refunded my money. “I went a couple of weeks on a Saturday and I cant remember the name of the guy who helped us, tall slim but he was one of the nicest when it comes to help us to resolve our issue. It was a young lady I believe she was the manager or some type of supervisor and she was not helpful and kinda annoying when I asked questions but as soon as I mentioned I wanted to add more lines, she was very pushy and barely helping us with stuff we were there for. 5 stars to the guy, 1 stars to her.”
