“My S21 Ultra got wet last week (6/5/24) I took in my very old S8 Plus, 'Hugo' was very professional and knowledgeable, helped me get my old phone running until my newer phone dried out. Shout out to Hugo for his help and generosity with his time! I recommend this store to anyone needing a brand new cell phone or if you have a small issue with your current phone or service. Don't wet your Samsung devices guys unless you have a waterproof case!!! ?? The S21 dried out but it took a week and it wasn't damaged but it this could have been catastrophic and it was only 14 seconds underwater. ✅ ?”

He was able to work with us and get us the best value he could with every trade in and new phone. He has worked with us at least twice and we have to go back at least one more time. She answered all my questions and even provided me with some helpful apps and gifted me a few goodies too. Even explained some perks and data reach from my previous provider that I didn't even know about. Service and experience was overall 10/10 and didn't feel pressured or like they were trying to oversell me on any devices or plans.”
