“I spent 5.5 hours at this store on a Saturday because my family decided to switch from Tmobile to Verizon. We all went to Verizon at 4 different locations (adult siblings and parents all on the same family plan spread across the US). It was chaos. EXCEPT at my location. The manager,Daniel, and our rep, Mark, were outstanding. Because we were a chaotic family spread across the US all trying to do things at the same time, it caused a fraud alert starting the account. Our store was the one that resolved it and got us on the plan we wanted. They were kind, patient beyond reason, and genuinely helpful. I cannot thank them enough for helping my family get things sorted so we could finally say we did it and be done! Verizon, these employees are gurus of customer service and reminded me that good things can take a lot of time, but time is relative when you have good people helping you along. Our bill is nearly $100 cheaper and we have better service! Thank you Mark and Daniel!”

I'm a long time MetroPCS customer, and I've been visiting this location for several years now, but my most recent interaction with him was the best experience I've ever at a phone place. He was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to fully understand my situation and what I was trying to accomplish and he offered me the BEST solution possible! I couldn't be happier! He probably took like 2 extra mins to come up with a game plan that made it possible for me & my husband to both get a great deal and both get new upgraded phones. And honestly him doing that made all the difference.
