“I LOVE the xformer machine (it's by far my favorite) and there's only a few studios out here that use it. MPX was the closest studio to me so I tried them out first, and I'm so happy I did! I love their class format and their instructors! Granted, I've only taken it with one instructor so far but she's incredibly talented - she's patient, kind, mindful of everyone's differences (in terms of level/comfort/strength), explains proper form and how to engage different muscles (e.g., if you want to make an exercise more quad dominant vs glutes), and never forgets if there's someone in class that has a limitation and/or needs a modification due to an injury. I've tried a few other studios around here and the only thing they have over this one is better packages ($savings). If you can afford to splurge a little, choose this studio (sign up now!). I promise you won't regret it.”

“I started with team fitness at the beginning of 2018 when a change in employment required a change in my exercise location. I came into Team fitness with some uncertainty (I'm 20-30 years younger than the average member, so I wasn't sure if the intensity would be sufficient). I have been incredibly happy with my decision to join. The other members are amazing and inspirational, as well as in result inclusive and supportive. The exercises are great, and the weights they provide give me more than enough, and the variety is excellent. To top it off this provides a venue for me to play basketball multiple times per week, which gives me the best of both worlds - full body conditioning and the sport I love to play. I can not recommend Team Fitness enough! If you're considering it, they offer a free trial so you can be confident in your decision.”

“Chelsea at Fitness Power is the best trainer I've ever had! I worked out with her for about 2 months. She put together so many good workouts to accomplish the goals I shared with her and keep it interesting and engaging. She is really nice, but never let me get away with slacking. Her awesome workouts definitely helped me get the results I was looking for. The super valuable thing about Chelsea is that she can develop a completely new workout plan for the day on the fly. One day I came in for my workout and my foot was swollen from the heat and from not stretching at all after dancing several times per week. I told her what was going on, and she came up with a whole new routine that kept me off my feet and often kept my feet elevated to help ease the swelling. And it was still a good workout! And she began and ended that session with some killer stretching. She pointed out which muscles I need to be sure to stretch to prevent my foot from swelling going forward. It has made a huge difference! I can't afford to do personal training continuously, but whenever I do have the cash for it, I'll be calling Chelsea.”

“Too bad this is the only location offering classes like this because it's different and challenging in a good way. If you're looking to switch up your regular workout routine, this is the perfect alternative. It is a full-body workout! A small studio with its entrance located at the rear of the building. They offer many different classes and one of them is Bounce Fit which includes an individual trampoline. I'm sure if you go often, you'll get a hang of it, but as first-timers, it was mostly learning basic techniques and trying not to break an ankle, haha. The playlist was fire and the movements are fun yet challenging. Give it a try and grow from discomfort!”
