His work is quality; turnaround time is fast (depending on what service you need too of course); price is fair and most importantly, he never upsells you on service you don't need! I don't have to ever worry about servicing my cars because he has never suggested me any unnecessary service or quoted me a ridiculous amount. If an issue was so small (like a missing/loose bolt somewhere or something needs tightening etc) he would even fix it for me real quick free of charge! Anh Tho is the type that if he sees something is *truly* off and *needs* immediate repair, he'll let you know. But if it can wait, he'll just make you aware. After a catastrophic fuel pump failure on my Chevy Silverado, I had it towed out of Simpson Chevy (who wanted nearly double the price for a lesser repair) and brought it to Buds. Best decision ever. These guys completely replaced my fuel system and got my truck running like new.

Mark at the counter was an absolute class act—honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding of the situation. The whole team clearly knows their stuff; their expertise and attention to detail put the dealership to shame.

“Looked around everywhere and read a ton of reviews. This place had some really great reviews, so I figured I’d check it out. The whole place has some character. You can tell that the Business has been around forever. Old run down building and a junk yard of cars everywhere. I thought to myself, is this really the place? But I’ve never been one to judge a book by its cover but by the content of its character. I pulled up to only one available bay door and saw an old timer sitting and patiently waiting for a customer. I met Ricardo in that moment. He was straightforward as he checked out my wife’s car brakes. No bs, just honest business. I asked how much to have the rear brakes replaced that were screaming to be replaced. He said $180 cash. I said its a deal! Told me wait time was 2hours and that I could wait in the small office for customers. 45 min later he was finished and the job was done amazingly fast. He took the car for a spin and I immediately could tell the difference as he drove off to test the cars brakes. Needless to say I was impressed by the Viejon! I gave him $200 and told him id see him in about a month or two to have the front brakes replaced. I loved how honest and straightforward he was. Even let me keep the brakes to show my wife so she didn’t think I was being taken advantage of. I highly recommend this man Ricardo for all your brake services.
