“I must say, I unfortunately don't have the name of the man who helped me the other day, only his employee ID # on my receipt. Of course, I can't post that on here. I would love to commend him! Long story short, he was very professional. I had to buy a new phone & he helped me to pick out a new phone very quickly. I cracked the phone face on my old phone (I'm a clutz). I wasn't happy with the picture quality of it,anyhow. Lol... I expressed to him that I wanted the cheapest phone with the best picture quality. He showed me 2 phones & had me set up for my purchase within 5 minutes of our interaction. Great salesperson! Of course the set up takes longer but, I'm giving him commends. He also helped me to pick out the case and a screen saver ASAP. I was wanting to get to the brass & tacks & he was very responsive, intelligent & knowledgeable of all of the products. I'm ? impressed & content. I will definitely be going back to that branch.”
“I had a great experience visiting the store to try out the demo for the Ray-Ban Meta Smartglasses. Lily & Jared were the staff members that helped me and they were able to answer my questions. I was also surprised and did not expect Jared to let me test the Smartglasses outside, to experience the transition lenses in action. The Meta Store itself is very clean and the layout is quite organized. I was so pleased with my visit that I plan to show the store off to a few friends. For my future visit, I plan to try out demos of other products.

“I love this target, not because its close to me, well yes, thats one reason, but everything is pretty clean and organized. The staff and pharmacy is very helpful, nice, considerate and knowledgable. of the many things that stuck out every time I visit, this one particular interaction with a team member in the pharmacy section, Chris M, i think (apologies if his last initial is incorrect). I was looking for a single box for covid 19 and could not find it as I was looking for a specific one, which was not there. I was also looking for robitussin, which i couldnt find as well. I saw a younger team member that was putting away stock near the pharmacy and things related area and asked him here the robitussin was, then after that i asked him where the covid tests were and showed him a picture of what i was looking for via the target app. it looked like he was trying to say something, but as the same time it looked like he was reading my lips. he gave me pretty strong details on where the robitussin was and with the covid 19 test kit, he scanned the tag and it seems that it was not ready to be stocked, im not sure, but how much he didnt take a second away from helping me find the items i needed and while seemingly reading my lips, I was very impressed with his overall service, personality, work ethic and the interaction of his help. shout out to Chris M. near the pharmacy area for reading my lips and knowing what i needed and where exactly to find them. aside from the particular covid test not readily available, it was not a big deal, I value his service and quick actions and knowledge when I needed it.”
“When we planned our major house remodel in 2013, I wasn't just looking for a company to install a home AV & automation system. “I had a good experience switching providers from Verizon to Metro by T-Mobile. I visited twice: the first time to figure out the right plan and what info I needed to have ready, and the second time to switch providers. Steven helped me both times and was helpful and friendly. He was also patient and understanding when I wanted to test the service by calling the store to make sure everything worked before I left. Everything worked and the process was easy. I didn't work with the other staff, but I highly recommend talking to Steven for honest, helpful answers and solutions. Thank you!”

It's easy to find what you need, and they have several self-checkout kiosks, which makes it efficient for you to check yourself out, although the normal cash registers are pretty expeditious as well.”
