“My son's iphone had a severely damaged screen. I have TMobile 360 coverage, but since it's under Apple Care, I had to go to Apple for repair. I set an appointment for Best Buy through the Apple website. Best Buy didn't have the parts, so they sent me to the Apple Store. My experience at the Apple Store was smooth. All the employees were super nice and helpful. They took me in as "walk in" and repair took around 90 minutes as promised.There's easy parking in a lot and on the street. Sometimes gets busy, so you might need to circle a little. Next time, I'm going the Apple Store first, if the phone within the first 2 years and it's still covered under Apple Care. No need to go the the carrier for insurance repair.”

“Great service. I got the 2 pizzas for $2 and my friend got a hot dog. Parking is more truckable than it looks. Pizza was decent and my friend did not like the hot dog. What was great about the service was that they gave us napkins without us asking - we sure needed then.”

I have gone to the Walgreens on 3rd Street multiple times for orders and they are never ready. When I go to the Walgreens in Burlingame, they are always very prompt and helpful.”
“I needed a little simple help with my sound system in my smart car. I did a quick search while I was down in Burlingame one day and found rock and roll. This guy is super stand up. I had no appointment, I just showed up and he stopped what he was doing and helped me. He solved my problem which was fairly simple in a few minutes and I was on my way. But that said, the real value here is the customer service. With the pandemic destroying businesses like these in large swaths, I was very happy to find this place. Great guy super knowledgeable, and if you have any old cars or hot rods, he's a specialist and electronic wiring in that sort of thing too. I wish I could recommend this place twice. Give him your money you won't go wrong.”
