He was very patient and knowledgeable About all the different mattresses that they had around the. He never showed signs about being in a rush to make a sale. In fact, we went home and we took our time and thought about it. And came back. I bouted two days later to purchase our bed. I loved knowing who was making my wallbed and having it be in the same city as me.In 2018 I purchased a lateral queen wallbed with accompanying cabinetry from them. Since then I unexpectedly had to move twice and it is still super solid. I don't think cheaper options from another company would have been the same story.Astrid and Abraham are always amazing to work with. During the last move I had a small snag with the size of our corridor and called them in a bit of a panic. Within five minutes they were able to walk us through disassembling the front piece to be small enough to fit.Highly recommend!”

“We were intending to go to four different stores to get the best possible deal. Mattress Firm was the first store we checked out. We were impressed with the knowledge and patience of the CSR, James. He asked questions that mattered in order to fit us with the best possible bed for our sleep issues, such as snoring, back pain, cool sleeper, hot sleeper and a host of other questions. We asked James numerous questions as well and he politely and professionally answered all of them. It became apparent to us, we’d likely be wasting our time to go to the other three stores we had in mind. Best of all, zero pressure to make an immediate sale. We tried several beds and when all was said and done, we left the store to discuss our options and returned the following evening. James knew he wouldn’t be at the store by the time we could arrive the next day, but informed his Manager, Victor and another sales associate, Nick that we’d be coming in. When we arrived, both gentlemen already knew everything James shared with them. Excellent team work in our opinion. We again received top notch information and service from Victor and Nick. Without belaboring the point we ended up purchasing a TempurPedic bed with an adjustable base. We were informed that TempurPedic basically controls the pricing of their beds and bases, so the prices are set the same regardless of what store a consumer might choose. If you’re looking to buy a bed, we recommend you visit these gentlemen at 3910 El Camino Real in San Mateo, CA. Highly professional and impressively knowledgeable.”

“Incredible customer service that is leaving us compelled to write a 5 star review. We came in to test out American Leather sleeper sofas. Everyone was so hospitable and went out of their way to help us with our sleeper sofa purchase. They were even so accommodating to our toddler and brought him a book for entertainment. We are still early in our purchasing journey but given the positive experience we had with Giorgi Brothers we are definitely planning on buying items from here in the future. They're also not on commission and you get a great experience from everyone you chat with!”

“I needed a caregiver bed ASAP. I spoke to Michael over the phone and was to arrange delivery quickly. The box spring broke after a few months. I called to have the box spring replaced. I just had to text a few pictures to Michael and a replacement was delivered and the damaged box spring was hauled off. The replacement was even of better quality. This was no hassle and quick. I am paying $500 to $600 more than I paid at Ashely's but, IT IS WELL WORTH IT. I don't care about the price when I am happy and the quality is great!!! The prices are reasonable for the high quality you are buying. I can not wait for it to be delivered in 4 weeks. I will be back with an update. Thank you Semi you were a rock star;-)!”

“Daniel was so nice and helpful, patient and efficient. Ms. San Mateo jumped back and forth between the i8 and the i10 to feel the bed at Sleep Number 100, 75, 50 and 25. We even tried the tempurpedic sleep number too. I10 was more plush and soft. I8 can get to a softer feel but can also be firmer. Their pillows are nice too. Feel the Lyocell 600 thread count bedsheets. Ohhh so soft. I had to rush out to meet a real estate client, and before I got to the meeting, a quote was already in my inbox. Daniel takes pride in his work and doesn't upsell you. He truly wants you to get the mattress that you like the most. You won't regret considering a Sleep Number mattress.”

“Folks, I've waited over a year and finally got my couch and side chair delivered today October 2022 and I'm so flipping happy I'm in tears. Mario, sales associate, assisted me Labor Day in 2021; he's a super nice man. They anticipated a few months delay due to COVID restraints in other countries but it actually took 14 months. I got a great deal on the couch and side chair set during clearance sales at that time. Folks, when I make large purchases, I research every aspect; comfort for long sit times, will my guests like it, convenience, durability, craftsmanship, etc. I sat on so my couches in so many stores I was exhausted. I kept coming back to speak with Mario about this set. Before making my final decision, I fell asleep on the showroom couch for 2 hours while I waited for Mario while he was assisting other customers. Ha!! That's how you make the final decision. Very pleased. The leather and side stitching is really nice quality. Macy's furniture delivery staff were flipping phenomenal! The 3 ninjas moved these heavy, massive items up a flight of stairs with ease! Very respectful and courteous. Unfortunately, the couch would not fit in my building's elevator. They moved it slowly step by step up the stairs. Promote these guys they're genuine assets to the organization! I'm very pleased with everything, however, I will reach out to customer service about getting some sort of credit to my account for the wait time.”

The furniture got delivered yesterday and it was amazing! Paid for the full service delivery which included staff building the furniture, delivering it, setting it up in your space and taking away all trash, which was amazing and so worth it!
