“I have had such a great experience with this local post office. They have been so helpful when I have had packages that were misdirected, or need help with mail hold concerns. This morning I was trying to locate a package from a vendor for products I ordered but I had accidentally put the wrong zip code on the package. Amber spent about 25 minutes on the phone with me to try to help me with the issue. I had so many questions and she was very helpful in trying to answer all of them.”

“Ron, the Postmaster of El Granada, is a breath of fresh air in the world of big government. Friendly and efficient. Small town charm at its finest. Everyone at the office is friendly and very helpful. Always a pleasure to stop by. Surprisingly busy for population of about 5500 people, of course there is no mail delivery so people do need to come to the post office for their mail.”
“Friendliest and most efficient USPS staff I’ve ever encountered! Stopped in to mail a priority pkg on a busy Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and it took less than 10mins, including waiting in line.”
“The lobby, where postal boxes are located is closed now in the evening, from 19:30 until 8:00. That’s somehow inconvenient but it’s for safety since it’s too close Pacifica beach and some people spent the night inside, charged their phones, etc.”

“Our Asian mailman for Forest Hill is a super dude. He'a been doing this route for my parents for what seems like since dinosaurs roam.
They are getting up there, and can't always get downstairs to pick up the mail from the garage slot.
Just found out that this mailman, he climbs our stairs and rings the doorbell and hands them the packages saving them that trip.
Just a shout out. An old fashion style mailman. He's a keeper.
Will definitely keep him on our Christmas list.”

“First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”

“I've seen only Hispanic gentlemen works in this location. The.ways his communication seems too harsh sometimes, especially if you have language barrier or no knowledge about basic U.S. portal rules( I was both) It seems his patience is not long HOWEVER, more than his not long patience, He is knowledgeable, resourceful and he is definitely reliable.

“BEST LITTLE CORNER OF USPS in SSF. This Post Office is small and clean ans staffed with nice efficient counter staff. Those of us living in this area should lend our full support to make sure that we can keep this nice station open. It’s a luxury not having to drive far or to deal with unhappy staff for our postal need.

“I remember growing up and having to drop off mail for my parents.
I'm happy to see this place is still alive and kicking. It looks like they've cut their hours significantly.
Overall, the place is clean and not too busy. When I came to get a receipt for a package, I was dropping off at the window. There was no one there, but as soon as I said, "Hello," someone came running. She was super helpful and nice. Parking is very hard here that's why people always tend to double park ?♀️”

“I had a package showing delivered but never arrived. I checked-in at 2111 Lane to inquire, spoke with the supervisor Sami, and he was very polite and helpful with the situation. He contacted the carrier and took my information down. Within an hour, he checked in with me twice to keep me posted, and had also informed me they found the package and that it’s on the way back to be delivered. Truly great customer service at this location. Thanks again for being patient while I was a bit short at the time.”
