“At the recommendation of an architect colleague I used ARC San Carlos for the first time last week. The work I requested was challenging: make high quality PDF copies of 55 years old architectural drawings. The drawings are large but faded. I left it to the expert judgement of the ARC team to decide exactly how to make the copies. The results were excellent: remarkably clear color copies of these old drawings with which we can now easily work and share with our consulting engineers. ARC's service was extremely fast (less than 24 hours) and the price was less than I expected. I had a great experience with Graphix Lab and would absolutely recommend them.
They did a chrome delete and taillight tint on my Tesla Model 3, and I also brought in my own screen protector, which they installed for me. The work initially looked fantastic, and the car immediately had a much cleaner, more aggressive look.
A few days later, I noticed some bubbling on one taillight tint and a small issue with the screen protector. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately scheduled me in, were prompt, and took care of everything while I waited—no excuses, no delays, no pushback.
When a business does great work, that’s wonderful—but how they handle things when a correction is needed says just as much, if not more. Graphix Lab made it a priority to make it right, and that level of professionalism really stood out.

“Decent experience at this FedEx location off El Camino Real in San Mateo. Larger than expected interior, everything looked clean and well-maintained. In addition to sending packages, you can also make copies, or buy packing materials and birthday cards. The staff was helpful and efficient. The large free parking lot is shared with other businesses, but it can be a bit tricky getting in and out.”

“AJ is the man! He's head of security at this fedex location and I had a problem with my package and he came and solved the issue for me. He found my package, went out of his way to help me retrieve it then he helped me load the 150 pound package into my small car. He even gave me his own supplies and rope from his own car to help me tie it down to my car. He brought his extra workers to help me out on their time off! Much respect to this man and his crew”

From calling to notify me of a delivery to ensuring my international shipping documents are set up properly to giving me spare tie-downs and taping up boxes, this location's team does it all. Extremely professional and polite, I literally only come to this office for anything shipping related.”
“Very nice staff member. I came in near closing and would have been easily out before closing if the self-service label printer was working. After scanning my pre-paid eBay QR code, it did not print. After waiting in line for assistance, my phone died as I went have them scan the QR code. She then brought out a phone charger so I could get it back up while she tried to wrap up the 2 people trying to print far too close to closing time when the machines automatically shut down at closing for security. She was then able to quickly print a label and a receipt. Moral of the story, don't be that rude person leaving far to little time to print before closing. Printing can be a long process when you aren't doing the simplest of print jobs. I also suggest purchasing shipping at home so you are either just dropping off or printing a label then dropping off. For complex print jobs, I suggest going to Office Depot. For simple shipping, use the USPS Click-n-Ship online or post office self-kiosk or wait in line at the post office.”
