“If you have a standard size return you can self-serve here and be done swiftly. Unfortunately, I was returning a pair of boots and the boxes on offer weren't big enough to accomodate the box they arrived in.Thankfully, Natalia was very helpful. I had to pay for the bigger box but she packed it up for me and was so pleasant. I spent about five minutes total in the store and that was fine by me.My refund for the boots recently came through and I was reminded of my pleasant experience in this FedEx outpost.”

“We walked in Saturday morning for renew my daughter's passport, lucky there was no line at that time. The two Asian ladies working there are super nice, especially Shirley, very patient and professional, it took around 15 minutes to take the photo and check on the forms.Actually I called a week before, and this branch is the only one that having someone pick up the phone and giving helpful information on renewal of kid's passport , that is why I chose to go there.
