“I can't agree more with all the positive reviews for Laguna Auto Body and Kurt! I stumbled upon them by accident while getting a quote from another shop in the same area. That other shop's estimate was reasonable, considering the OEM parts involved, but still a bit steep. As I was weighing my options, I noticed Laguna Auto Body’s sign and decided to check it out.

Kurt’s friendly and pleasant disposition made the entire process easy and stress-free. I was really upset and shaken up by the unexpected cost, especially since the damage wasn’t my fault—an oncoming truck with one of those gigantic mirrors clipped my mirror on a narrow road in a national park and sped off without stopping. Kurt immediately looked into alternative options, including used parts, to help lower the cost. After assessing my damaged mirror, he suggested reusing some slightly damaged parts (Which he offered to fix with glue) to save me money.

While we couldn’t find used parts, I truly appreciated Kurt’s effort to reduce my out-of-pocket costs and still deliver high-quality work. They even charged fairly for labor, only billing for a fraction of an hour. I was pleasantly surprised by how low the cost turned out to be compared to what I expected to pay after the initial estimates from the dealer and other auto body shops.

“It’s nearby the In-N-Out burger, approximately 7min away and also 7min away from our home as well.. so it’s pretty convenient as I don’t have to go to AutoZone which is further. I accidentally took out the high beam light instead of the low beam, good thing the salesperson is good and helpful so we were able to get what we really needed. Thanks a lot. “This place has been my life saver for years. I can't believe I took so long to give my review. I had been coming to this place for years with different cars I owned and also recommend to all my family and friends here with no hesitation because I know they will be well taken care of. They had been in the business for long enough to know the ins and out of the cars and parts. When I had an accident in Berkeley, I paid $500 to get my car towed to Olson brothers in Milpitas because I know they will not only take care of my car but they will be honest with me about what is going on with the car. After covid, many suppliers have closed their shops. so it has become extremely hard to find parts anywhere, Olson brothers team went above and beyond to find me the parts I need and fix it. They always have said, any issues bring it back and that right there gives you a peace of mind.For one of the reviews that said she caught the owner driving- Please understand that they have to test drive the car to see if its working, they have to take it down to N.1st street to get the car tested and approved for alignment. I know these because I asked. Sometimes, its good to just ask clarification questions before hurting someone's business with a bad review.Thank you :)”

I did notice the car had an alignment issue that according to the technician was corrected which was not, I also did not receive my second key, and it only came with less than half a tank of gas. I scheduled the appointment online and prepaid the whole package, including the basic installation. The tires arrived on-time as promised, and they were the right ones for my truck too.

I dropped my truck today a few minutes after my scheduled appointment and the process was fast and smooth. The technician confirmed my info and took care of my truck. I went back to my workplace a couple miles away while they worked on my vehicle. 2 hours later, I got a text message, my truck was ready. Went to pick it up, the process took less than 10 minutes, the technician gave me my keys, everything was prepaid so, overall 10 out of 10! I'm really happy with my purchase and with the service.”
