“I got into an accident and my insurance had to decide whether to total it. In the meantime, Greg was kind enough to keep my car in his shop without charging me any storage fees and also let me know that he would make sure my insurance wouldn’t take my car until he was sure that my car wasn’t worth saving. All of this he did without cost. All of the other employees were also so gracious with their time and patience as they helped me navigate this process (I don’t know much about cars nor how to deal with insurance through an accident/claim). I cannot recommend enough! They are truly kind people!”

“Excellent experience with Bavarium Autoworks. I brought in my 10+ year-old diesel European vehicle for an inspection and second opinion, and I was impressed from start to finish.
Communication started before I even arrived. The team reviewed my vehicle history and reached out with a few questions about services they couldn’t verify in the records. I appreciated that level of preparation and attention to detail.
Throughout the process, everyone was professional, communicative, and willing to answer questions. When I asked for clarification on recommendations, they took the time to explain what they were seeing and why. I never felt pressured into repairs, and I appreciated that they didn’t criticize previous shops that had worked on the vehicle.
The courtesy transportation was also a huge help. They arranged a rideshare so I could get back to work, which made the entire experience much more convenient.
I originally came in for one concern and ultimately decided to address a few additional maintenance items that were due. The recommendations aligned with my goal of keeping an older vehicle reliable for the long term, and I felt informed rather than pressured throughout the process.

Not the extreme cheapest but far from the most expensive. I liked that they weren't a chain with uninterested employees doing estimates and it just felt good to me to give them my business. “My son's car starter went out on his Honda , Since he is a student and new to the area he was not familiar with auto shops in the area. He was fortunate to find Bill's shop. He called and got a quote and asked if he could order the parts to repair his car. We dropped my son's car off the next morning and was very pleased to meet Bill he was very friendly and helpful and explained what work that was needed. Much to my surprise a couple of hours later we received a call from Bill letting us know his car was ready to be picked up. I was very impressed with the quality service and not being overcharged for parts and labor.Bill also explained the work he did and other potential things that we might want to address on the car. “These guys repainted multiple panels on many different sides of my car, and my car has a tricoat paint with a pearlescent finish that’s supposed to be hard to paint match. The car came out looking brand new, and however close I look I can’t spot the paint differences. Liked dealing with Marlon, quite straightforward.”
