Please don't use plastic pipe(tobacco smoking one) in chavdi area. It doesn't represent a good vibe. Even though Baba smoked bit of tobacco but he did in his own chillam which is still in Shirdi & never promoted as a good habit. You are good to recreate all the Shirdi temple area scene which you did very well but that doesnt potray a well intentioned divined vibe. Not everything needs to be recreated. New generation kids born in US will/might take it in ill mannered.? Humble request?”

I am a detail-oriented homeowner who tends to research major projects heavily before making decisions, and Reuben was one of the rare professionals I have worked with who was not only willing to engage at that level, but clearly welcomed it. He was meticulous, patient, technically knowledgeable, and extremely thoughtful in walking through options, installation details, incentives, and long-term maintenance considerations. Other installers quoted substantially higher prices for the same general project, but SunWork’s pricing was so competitive that I was able to use available incentives not just for the water heater installation, but also to add valuable related upgrades, including a whole-home surge protector installed by a licensed electrician and extra anode rods for future maintenance.

What impressed me most, though, was that Reuben stood by the project even after installation. We later had complications with the water heater itself that were entirely manufacturer-related and not caused by SunWork. Even so, Reuben remained available, helped me think through options, and provided support when he had no obligation to do so. Knowing I could count on him made a frustrating manufacturer issue much easier to navigate.

Because Reuben works across a large service area, you may need to wait for him to be back in your area. In my experience, it is absolutely worth the wait. If you are considering a heat pump water heater or other electrification work and SunWork serves your area, I would put them at the very top of your list.”
