“Lots of great things about this property. Cleo was the most memorable part of the our experience there. She brightens up everyone’s day at the breakfast buffet. AJ at the desk was very kind and helpful too.Housekeeping , laundry and everything else was efficient and the property overall was peaceful.”

“The front guest person was more than helpful, the breakfast was nice for something quick. We stayed here and rode the train to the 49ers game, the train was pretty packed. Worth saving $100 if you don’t wanna park.”

“Stayed here for two nights for a business trip. The hotel is convenient for travel in the San Jose area. It was surprisingly quiet given the proximity to major streets - much better than the hotels near the airport.The room was adequate, but the furniture is starting to get long in the tooth and could use replacement (see photos).”

“The hotel itself is perfectly fine, the beds are comfortable and they have a wonderful happy hour. This review though is for the manager, Susan, and her staff. My car was hit in the parking lot in the early morning and they went above and beyond: not just getting camera footage for me but contacting the individual so I can get insurance information. Wonderful job Best Western staff! Thank you”

“It is a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful place. I didn't get time to use these beautiful amenities because I was busy with the trip. But this place is close to my conference and has a reasonable price. Breakfast is good. The staff is kind and nice. A lot of Tesla chargers in case you have this EV.”

“My wife and I are 49ers season ticket holders. We stay at the Hampton Inn Milipitas for all the home games between the months of September through January each season. We have done so for years now. The rooms are nice and the location is perfect. The real star and reason we frequent this hotel is the staff. Amanda and Jackie are amazing. They remember us by name and never hesitate to make sure our stay is a great experience. Our only fear is that during the off season Hampton is going to realize their value and promote them to other locations before the next season. Thank you Amanda and Jackie from the Vargas family. “We've been to other Springhill Suites but this one was pretty nice! Big lobby with plenty of seating that has a bar for evening special events. Lobby area has a gas fireplace that was nice with seating within proximity. It overlooked the pool/sauna area. Loved the fact that there was a restroom near the sauna. Very practical!Gym has a decent size area, with weights, benches and a weight/pully station. Water machine to drink from, 3-4 treadmills and 2 elliptical machines. Towels were available to use after working out. Next tothe gym is a small laundry area with a folding table, and 2 washing machines and 2 dryers that you can operate using a QR scan system for payment or using quarters.Staff at Check-in/Check-out were great! If we had a problem, they were efficient in correcting it. Much appreciated!Thank you to our breakfast attendants for putting out a variety of breakfast fares!To the housekeepers, you work hard and we appreciated you keeping our room tidy, and refreshed our towel supply. And to the pool/groundskeeper/maintenance man, Hernan, thank you for your help and your smiles and conversation! Senior Steve, appreciated you! Would definitely, consider staying here again! Thanks so much for everything!Rooms: We stayed in a King suite. The room was pretty decently sized. We had a desk with plenty of power outlets and a lamp, with ample work space, and a comfortable chair. We had a good sized bathroom with a big shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Towels were clean and fresh every day! Room also had a small fridge and microwave within a mini-bar like shelving unit. Very practical. Mini coffee machine available for use with some coffee and condiments available in room, and an icebucket for you to fill up with ice. A big screen, wall mounted TV welcomed you upon entering that was mounted above a buffet console that you could use as a table or storage area. There was a large wardrobe closet with plenty of space to hang or store your things. Located inside was an iron and ironing table to use as well.Would have been nice if there was a safe in room, but overall a great room for the price! Plenty of electrical outlets to use for your devices and such!”

“Front desk guy was very nice and they are outstanding in regards to respecting your privacy. Clean rooms, comfy bed. Fridge, microwave, laundry, hot iron, hair dryer and coffee maker plus a nice flat screen TV. Definitely worth the money, would recommend! Google still has it inacuratly listed as the baymont inn and suites but it is actually Rodeway inn.”

“Shopping n restaurants very close by.Jesus n Rita were very cheerful at check-in. Irene gave us some yummy choco chip cookies after dinner time n they were spot on.Maria was very friendly n helpful with info on area.The housekeeper on 2nd floor made sure we had everything we needed for our couple day stay.Jesus even brought us a new microwave for our roomFood & drinks: Plenty of restaurants, asian grocery stores n restaurants nearby.Great variety”

“My boyfriend and I have been staying at America's Best Value Inn in Milpitas for the past two years. We found the room rates, quality and car safety to be much better than other local comparable hotels, Inns. The rooms are always clean as you get there, all lamps, lights work, very hot water, plenty of it, nice towels and ample parking. There is a small laundry room and ice on site. The management here is nice and the housekeeping staff works hard to keep all rooms clean. We have never seen a roach or even a bug here. Just because a hotel is 2+ or 3 stars it also is possible for it to have bed bugs or health problems. This place doesn't. I really wanted to do this review because even if I could afford a higher price hotel I still would stay here. When a place has great value for the money why stay elsewhere? Thank you America's Best Value Inn. We appreciate your hotel and all professional staff.Rooms: The rooms especially wheel chair assessable rooms are big in the bathroom, very spacious.MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE STAFF AT HOTELPlease make sure all rooms have soap dispensers installed at all Room sink and/or in shower area. Some rooms do not have soap dispensers near the sink at all. Nothing is there so we bring our own bottle of soap for that area in the room. The shower area is fine. I am sure you will address my concern promptly and will correct the situation soon and all rooms to make sure they ALL have soap dispensers. It's a cleanliness and Covid 19 issue of course.”

“Overall a good hotel.. The reception staff was awesome and friendly... Great location near Wal Mart and a huge selection of restaurants as well as Big ALs bar, bowling center...A slight issue with recovering an item accidentally left in the room, but after a few days of repeated inquiry, the item was finally found and soon returned.Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants in the immediate area”

“So spent 4 nights here. Rooms are clean, and get serviced every day. Staff have been friendly. The bar and restaurant could be better. The appetizers I had were sub par, the drink choices were limited. The vibe of the bar felt like it was on life support. Staff was friendly and attentive. But the food was really lacking. Especially for the price. The facility overall is nice, but you can really tell they are cutting costs in food service.Rooms: Clean rooms, serviced daily.”
