Great quality khakis. I bought a couple of sweaters that ended up pilling which is disappointing considering the price regardless that it's the factory store. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about difference in regular and petite sizes.

Are you still open? "Yes! We're open for 10 more minutes! Come on in!" That's what the male and female workers said to me with huge, genuine, smiles. Tried on two sweaters, in 5 mins, to figure out my size and will be back another time. All smiles when I left too.
