“One of the better ross's. For this location I usually find more opportunities to buy things vs other ross's. I think it's because people don't want to come all the way to this location as often just for ross when other locations are closer and walmart is over shadows it. So what I mean is by more opportunities is that I have a hard time finding shoes (8.5), shirts (small or xs), jeans (28x30), Jackets/sweaters (small) in my sizes. I usually find something here. If I got to any other ross, I probably won't find a decent shoe in my size or jacket or shirt in my size. I'm more likely to find 28x30 here than at any other ross if I'm being honesy. I can even find xmas gifts easily or simple wallets or glasses or workout equipment when I need to. A bit neater than other ross's too. Only thing is it's far and it's a gamble if you are trying to look for a specific clothing item”
“They are now more reasonable with an updated return policy for online orders. Instead of outright rejection of online order's return, I can now get an exchange of the same item for different sizing. It is still not ideal (compared to the prevailing return policy which is mostly generous with no question asked), but this is a step-up from demanding me to mail in my online orders back at my own expense. I will still think twice before shopping online for any Uniqlo items.”
“Cute clothes at a steal price! They are surprisingly good quality, no one would know you got it for less than $9, since everything is less than $9 at the store. The only downside is no dressing rooms but you can try it over your clothes, though it would be way easier if I could try on. No returns but you can exchange within 15 days for another item.”
“I couldn’t find the hoodie size I wanted during the Thanksgiving shopping spree, so the store suggested placing an online order. I received a tracking number quickly, but the shipment appeared to be stuck. I called the Great Mall store last Friday and spoke with Josh, who was incredibly patient and helpful. He not only checked the order status with their East Coast warehouse but also looked up inventory at other Bay Area locations. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone, and he was pleasant, easy to talk to, and fully customer-focused throughout. Big kudos to Josh!”

“My family and I are big H&M fans and this place is no exception. Every time I am in the great mall this place is a must stop as with the Santana Row location. There is less people here which makes the location good. Not cramped like other locations. Like every other H&M the prices are very affordable and this is a place for everyone to get some nice clothes here. I am super shocked they have clothes and even shoes in my size. Who knew. Every other location is just too bland but this one does the trick. Drawback: I could appreciate it if the employees are not so absent minded and actually act professional. Some of them are not very considerate of customers who are opting to try on clothes. Excuse me but those clothes are not yours, you don't own them just yet.”

“Reasonably sized store with a good range of men's, women's and children's clothing and accessories. This includes some bags, underwear, perfume, belts, ties and socks. We were here mid November and they had 40% off storewide. I had also shopped at Van Huesen just before and on that receipt was an additional 10% off at Tommy (so we received 50% in total with the discount voucher). Not many staff in store to ask for help, but service was pretty efficient at the checkout.”

“This Gap Factory location is consistently busy, but for good reason! They offer a huge selection of items and the merchandise is always neatly displayed, making it easy to browse despite the crowds.
Shopping Tips:
Sales: They run various sales throughout the year, so it’s a great place to snag a deal.
Order Pickups: If you’re picking up an online order, head straight to the back of the store near the fitting rooms—that’s where the pickup counter is located.
Parking: Since it's in the Great Mall, parking can be very tricky during peak hours and weekends. I’d recommend arriving early or being prepared to hunt for a spot.
