I was out side of my house and the driver didnt even stop not to mention flying down the st . And their telling me they were un able to deliver... come on thats straight up just lazy. Ive done prime i get delivery jobs. But come on 🤦🏽♀️

My shipment was delayed suddenly, no update for 24 hours, can’t reach customer service neither on phone or application/website.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had two packages, and neither of them was delivered. Just like many others have mentioned, I supposedly had four ‘failed delivery attempts’ that never actually happened. There’s no real support to contact—only a chatbot.
