“I went yesterday to get a Livescan. I forgot the owner's name (it’s new owner now), but she was extremely kind and helpful. My fingerprint process was really quick, it took only 10mins. They also helped me for live scan form. I will definitely recommend this place.”

“I had another great experience at The UPS Store on Milpitas Boulevard. Today, Young helped me, and he was friendly, professional, and very efficient. A couple of days ago, I was also assisted by a young woman who provided excellent customer service. Since this location came under new management, the level of service has improved tremendously. The entire team is welcoming—they greet customers as soon as they walk in, are quick to help with return packages, provide receipts promptly, and clearly explain where to find the tracking number so you can monitor your return and know when to expect your refund. I think some people still remember the poor service under the previous owners, but this store has truly turned things around. The new management has built a team that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend this location to friends and family. Keep up the excellent work!”
