My order was complex, with multiple personalized pieces, and the files I'd uploaded needed work. He resolved the issues without making them my problem and got every spec right the first time.
He did this while the store was busy and several other customers were waiting on him. Calm, patient, professional throughout. The final product was exactly what I needed. This location is worth going out of your way for, and Joel is the reason.”

Everything is done quickly and professionally, and the prices are very reasonable. “I had another great experience at The UPS Store on Milpitas Boulevard. Today, Young helped me, and he was friendly, professional, and very efficient. A couple of days ago, I was also assisted by a young woman who provided excellent customer service.
Since this location came under new management, the level of service has improved tremendously. The entire team is welcoming—they greet customers as soon as they walk in, are quick to help with return packages, provide receipts promptly, and clearly explain where to find the tracking number so you can monitor your return and know when to expect your refund.
I think some people still remember the poor service under the previous owners, but this store has truly turned things around. The new management has built a team that genuinely cares about its customers.
I highly recommend this location to friends and family. Keep up the excellent work!”

“This fedex has pretty good service. First thing I will say my review is based on the customer service and not pricing. The staff here is really nice and informative. They are very helpful. An associate Jackie was super informative and patient with all my questions. She was able to find me a decent shipping price as well. This place is not too busy at least in the morning. I would assume it is busy during lunch and night (it's a busy plaza). The associates are very knowledgeable and try their best to help you quickly. They do have a drop box which is standard. You can scan (via self checkout) and drop it in the box or at the counter if the box is too big. The wait time is not too bad. Overall I like this place as the associates are great. It's easy to drop packages off. Foot traffic is low in the morning so it's not a long wait.”
“My review is for passport application with an appointment. I had a smooth experience for this service. I was second in line when I reached 15 minutes before my appointment. I was served within 10 minutes of me being in line. The staff member helping us (Annaysa) was courteous and took care of all of our documents very well. She spotted a mismatch in one of the documents which probably could have gotten our application rejected. Within 10 minutes, we were done with our application review, oath-taking and mailing our application. Very happy with the service I received here.”
“I've come to the conclusion that you shouldn't trust online review sites as all people that had a negative experience will undoubtedly show their displeasure but the truth isn't the same the other way. I should know this as a business owner and I let everyone else's experience on here form an opinion that just wasn't true. I had a package being delivered to an address I omitted the apartment number of. I didn't worry because North Face, where I made the purchase online, usually uses UPS or FedEx so I though, "easy, I'll just request delivery on a different day or request a change of address". That wasn't the case for OnTrac. So I go to their website to try to get more information on this and income across all of these reviews which makes meworry for my $500 package. These reviews convinced me that package was as goo as lost. Turns out it wasn't. On the same day the package was supposed to be delivered I was able to reach a customer service rep and had him cancel the delivery and told me to contact North Face about requesting a change of address as that was the only channel possible to do so. I presume they heard from North Face that same morning I sent the request and they were able to deliver it the same day it was originally supposed to get delivered which out a hitch. I'm not saying these negative reviews are not real people's experience with OnTrac but they probably represent only a small percentage of all experiences. No one is rushing to post a review when they have a good experience with OnTrac. Which is what propelled me post my positive experience. Thank you OnTrac and everyone working on the background!!!! Not everything is as easy as people think it is. So happy I didn't lose my package like most of these people had led me to believe that I would.”
