“Easy location to get to from Dick's Sporting Goods, but parking can be crowded as its in the Great Mall. Friendy staff and surprisingly good selection of sizes for men's shoes and sandals! If you can handle the crowds, its better than shopping online sales. Got the Garrison Backstrap Trail sandals and these are all-day comfortable for every day and light hiking. They're so comfy i Got them in black and blue!”

Shopping with kids is usually such a struggle, but they were so sweet and actually engaged with my kids, even giving them coloring activities to keep them happy while we shopped. “I have a pair of genuine leather boots that I bought at Ontario Mills Outlet for a great price. Now that I've moved to the Bay Area and needed a pair of flat, I immediately thought about paying this store a visit. The store is big, and lighting is a bit too dim for me. Shoes are arranged by size so it's easy to find and try shoes that fit. I didn't find anything that I liked, but appreciated that they provide socks to keep the shoes clean when trying them on.”

“It was a Wednesday afternoon and we needed to get a new pair of shoes so we came all the way from downtown San Jose over to Milpitas to the ACI outlet. We saw that they were a variety of different shoes. Their staff was very helpful in picking out the rightstyle and model for us and they had our size available immediately which is a great thing. I am very grateful for the store as they provided. Great customer service and I was able to find the place easily. Thank you guys.”
