“We had purchased a Mongoose scooter online for my daughter, but after assembling it, we had some trouble getting the brakes adjusted properly. We actually arrived at the store with every intention of returning the item and had already initiated a return label online.
However, after speaking with the store manager, Christine, she suggested that we hold off on the return and instead let their bike specialist, Shane, take a look at it first. Shane contacted us the very next day to let us know he had successfully readjusted the brakes and the scooter was good to go.

“It was a Wednesday afternoon and we needed to get a new pair of shoes so we came all the way from downtown San Jose over to Milpitas to the ACI outlet. We saw that they were a variety of different shoes. Their staff was very helpful in picking out the rightstyle and model for us and they had our size available immediately which is a great thing.
