“I can’t recommend Nick at OC Motors enough. While he is a Mercedes-Benz specialist, he didn't hesitate to take in my 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium when it wouldn't go into gear.
Beyond being an expert mechanic, Nick is incredibly sweet and caring. He genuinely looked out for me by personally calling the Ford dealership to see if my issue was covered under a recall. Even though Ford denied the claim due to my specific trim level, Nick was transparent and fair throughout the entire process.
I paid roughly $600 for the diagnostic and a temporary fix to get me back on the road safely while we wait for the official replacement cable to ship from Ford. It is rare to find a mechanic with high-end European car expertise who is also this compassionate and willing to fight for his customers. I’ll definitely be back to have the permanent part installed once it arrives!”

I took my Subaru to the dealership (I know) for a simple oil change. They claimed oil was mixing with the coolant. They wanted to tear down my engine for $3,400 just to “find the issue,” and said it could end up costing $5,000–$7,000.
Thankfully, I had my car towed to Tony’s Automotive instead. They actually ran a real diagnostic, took the time to explained everything clearly, and were super transparent. The cost was significantly less, they saved me thousands of dollars and told me they didn’t even see the same issue the dealership claimed. Even without an appointment, they got all the work done within a day, which was amazing. They also offered to recheck my car for free a few weeks later, which they did today in under five minutes. Everything looked great.
As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I can’t say enough how much I appreciated how respectful and honest they were.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop that actually puts customers first and does honest work. Tony’s Automotive is the place to go.”

“Customer service here is the absolute best. I have a Fiat 500e. On a Sunday morning, I got a warning light about my 12-volt battery and the brakes. I say a recommendation on Facebook. I called them to set up an appointment for Monday. I was very surprised to find out they are open on Sundays. Dale said if I bring my car in before noon they can help me. Grant took care of me. My car was ready by 4pm. I picked it up the next morning. Everyone that help me were all so nice. Reasonably priced. I got text messages with updates and even a link to view their shop camera so I could see my car. I will definitely be bringing my Camry here when it needs service”
