“World Market is such a treasure trove for anyone who loves cozy and festive vibes! Every time I visit, it feels like the store is celebrating something. Right now they’re already getting ready for Christmas. There are tons of Advent calendars, delicious treats from all over the world, like cookies, big holiday cakes, popcorn kits, and tea collections.
They also have a great selection of rugs and unique, cozy furniture. I especially love their comfy chairs and poufs.
The kitchen section is amazing too, full of themed and functional items: everything from plates and trays to cooking gadgets and even waffle makers.”

1. A Manager named Bailey followed up with me on the 4th of July to address my concerns, investigate the complaint and resolve the issue. She went above & beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Lovesac is lucky to have an employee like Bailey.
2. Now that I've received all of the missing components, I can report, Stealthtech is awesome!”

“Tavi, Elaine and the Howard's Custom Upholstery team are amazing! We gave them a 20+ year old sectional that required a complete tear down and they gave us a back a beautiful piece of furniture that will hopefully last us another 20+ years. “The new Ulta inside this Target is better than the regular Ulta. Better staffed. Brittany gave me the best customer service. I asked her to recommend anti aging liquid concealer, applicator brush, and setting spray. I usually just use mineral powder as a foundation but I needed something with more coverage and moisture. Brittany was excellent- knowledgeable, kind and patient.”
“Like most Target Stores they have a little of most items. Food all kinds, Household toiletries, about ANY THING YOU MIGHT NEED BUT Appliances are limited if my memory severs me correctly”

“I was here today just visiting for vacation, and the lady infront of me in line was absolutely unbearable. She had to wait 5 minutes for her turn before she starts asking the manager what the problem is, then immediately says she's going to report the manager and do everything she can to get her in trouble. I believe the managers name was Elizabeth L. And I wanted to come and say she did an amazing job de-escalating the situation and then getting right back to work. She should not be punished and in fact should be praised she could handle such an irritating person so well. It can be very difficult to handle retail.”
“We came into the Pottery Barn in Mission Viejo near us and were greeted by lovely staff member.
He introduced us to a lovely woman named Lauren Schubert, who was so kind and helpful to us, which was wonderful since I have mobility issues and immune issues.
She saw us with masks and offered to put one on to protect us.
We would recommend her to anyone looking for fabulous customer service. She was patient and professional as well.
