“I visited Smart & Final at 26911 Trabuco Rd, Mission Viejo on Aug 7, 2023 for the first time. I had a great experience with the store cashier Tiffany. She is kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. That made me wanted to go back to the store again. The store itself is very clean, great prices and nice. Will visit again for sure.”

“I love how fast you can get in and out, but I don't like that your don't get an itemized receipt sent to your email. Instead you get a receipt with the total spent and a link to see the items. This does not work if I need to get reimbursed.”

“Today I went in with the soul purpose of buying the Sprouts brand honey ham from the deli for my lunches. I like my ham shaved and I wanted a pound to last me a week for my lunches. After waiting 10 minutes to be noticed at the deli counter, a woman came to help me. When I asked for what I wanted another older lady told her that they could not slice that ham for me. So the girl that was helping me showed me to a shelf where they pre slice and package the ham and said i could buy that but not get the amount I wanted and that they don't shave the pre-sliced ham so I would have to have the normal cut. I told her I had just gotten this ham shaved for me last week and the guy did it without hesitation. The Ham is, after all, on display at the deli counter. She said some people do it but she would not. So I decided i would just get the pre sliced ham because I needed it. After checking what they had on the shelf, ai noticed that all of the ham expired in 2 days and were all only a quarter of a pound. I wasn't going to buy that and decided I would just go across the street to ralphs and get ham shaved the way l like it and fresh. On my way out i asked for a manager to let him know how his deli staff had acted and that I had no options because I wasn't going ti buy a product that is about to expire. I wasn't looking for anything to be free. And I was nice about it. I just thought he should know. He was immediately upset with hearing what had happened and said that was unacceptable and that there is no rule that they cannot slice the meat for me. The deli staff was just being lazy. He went and got me my ham at no charge. That was amazing customer service by the assistant store manager!! I was not planning on returning but he has made it so I will give them a second chance. The 5 stars is for the assistant manager and the cashier who told me she was glad I said something because they have been getting a lot of complaints about their deli staff. Here's to hoping the deli will stop embarrassing the store and fix their attitude and customer service skills”

“Organized and clean store! Especially the Wine department. Huge selection of wines and spirits, but what really makes it great is Noah and Paul. They are super friendly and always wiling to help. Paul has always treated me like a VIP customer and has recommended some great wines to pair with our dinner! Even though the store is a little bit of a drive, I'll always go to this one!”

“A part of the Mission Ranch Market, they serve fresh food and fresh baked goods. All excellent Persian food as evidenced by the daily crowds of Persians there to get a taste of home. Try getting the fresh big flat breads, one is Barbari and another is Sangak. They're cheap (couple bucks) fresh, tasty, and you'll see people waiting in long lines and then filling shopping carts with it. That's how good it is. Great selection of Turkish Delight and other specialties. Go to experience culture as well as great food. They also do a lot of food in bulk for parties.”

“It's funny how the reviews are all across the board for this gas station. I am actually quite content with this place. They are conveniently located at the corner of Marguerite and Santa Margarita Parkway. There are many entrance options, in case you decide to stop at the last minute, which is always a big plus for me. The pumps are nicely spaced out, so it isn't a tight fit or squeeze like some stations I have been to. They also have a spot for air and gas as well as a little mini mart. The mini mart has limited options, but I still find it convenient in a pinch. If not there is always Sprouts and Ralphs as an option just along the way.”

“The new Ulta inside this Target is better than the regular Ulta. Better staffed. Brittany gave me the best customer service. I asked her to recommend anti aging liquid concealer, applicator brush, and setting spray. I usually just use mineral powder as a foundation but I needed something with more coverage and moisture. Brittany was excellent- knowledgeable, kind and patient.”

“This review is STRICTLY FOR PICK UP SERVICE! While in inside is a crowded S show, the pick up service is wonderful. Abe gathered my order, called to let me know they were busy therefore behind. Then he called when ready to pick up and delivered to my car. What a lovely gentleman. If everyone inside could learn from him in customer service, this store would always get 5 star reviews! Thank you, Abe!!!”

“Pretty much get everything I need from the store except they're cutting back on employee.. I had to wait about 10 minutes for somebody to open the meat department for me. I guess the buzzer doesn't work. Add go up and tell the manager.”

“This shell gas station is in front of another business, in a main street close by Target and Amazon. So convenient the location. The place has a carwash option & vacuum, also can you check the tires pressure and water if needed it . There is parking for wheelchair close by the little store.Thanks!”
