“I had such a great experience at this location! I usually shop at the Brea store, but this one is much closer to my work, so I decided to give it a try.
My experience started when I called on Tuesday and spoke with Hayley. She confirmed that a pair of pants I was looking for was available and even reserved them for me until Thursday.
When I came in, the sales associate already had the pants ready and brought me two sizes to try on, which made everything quick and easy. I found the perfect fit and was able to get exactly what I needed.
To top it off, they were able to process an even exchange using my member credit, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I’m so happy with both the service and my purchase. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!”

“Visited this location to have a hat custom embroidered. The gentleman who assisted me the first time was very informative. He let me know that my custom design would have to be send to their design dept and it was a three day turn around. Since I wanted the hat for the next day we agreed on making a rough draft, which came out very good for rough draft. A few days later the design has come back and I visited the store again. Another gentleman helped me this time, he was also very attentive and created a masterpiece. I was very happy with the service I got both times. I did happen to visit other locations before going to the MV location. At the two other stores the associates weren't very attentive and they didn't have the hat I needed in stock. I've been a customer of lids for a long time and will continue to be!”

The make great suggestions and offer different ideas. It is always so fun to come to the MV store to shop or just say Hi! I was pleasantly surprised at two things: the number of shoe brands available and the excellent service I received. Jade was very knowledgeable about the different shoes and asked good questions to help me narrow down my choices. After trying on a few different brand of shoes I found one that was right for me.
