“Not sure why anyone would complain lol , thos store was clean and the blonde girl working January 13 2026 morning shift saved the coat for me without asking. I showed up and got a blk vest with the blk commuter jacket for 63$ dude. These would have cost around 300$ almost with tax. She was cool and yea queit but who cares . Most people dont look out for others and just complain like in these reviews. People have problems, its not the store. Thank you fabletics!! ? I have quite a few clothes from you guys now and sport it in the gym and it makes me feel better knowing I have quality gym clothes and day to day clothes.”

“Visited this location to have a hat custom embroidered. The gentleman who assisted me the first time was very informative. He let me know that my custom design would have to be send to their design dept and it was a three day turn around. Since I wanted the hat for the next day we agreed on making a rough draft, which came out very good for rough draft. A few days later the design has come back and I visited the store again. Another gentleman helped me this time, he was also very attentive and created a masterpiece. I was very happy with the service I got both times. I did happen to visit other locations before going to the MV location. At the two other stores the associates weren't very attentive and they didn't have the hat I needed in stock. I've been a customer of lids for a long time and will continue to be!”

The make great suggestions and offer different ideas. It is always so fun to come to the MV store to shop or just say Hi! Chris was the mgr here before and he was also so great (he is at Fashion Island now) As you can tell I have been shopping here for a bit and keep coming back, not only because the products/clothes are so comfy because of the employees you have! “I live in north OC but work in south OC. I needed a new pair of walking shoes and decided to check out the Champs Sports store in the MV mall rather than drive to the outlet at San Clemente. I was pleasantly surprised at two things: the number of shoe brands available and the excellent service I received. Jade was very knowledgeable about the different shoes and asked good questions to help me narrow down my choices. After trying on a few different brand of shoes I found one that was right for me. A shout out to Jade for her excellent service.”
