“I had a great experience. Chase closed one of my checking accounts after no activity for 60 days. I have my tax refund coming into the closed account. I called the general customer service line and they said they couldn't reopen an account and the branch couldn't even do it. However I tried out the branch and they could do it in under five minutes. They weren't sure why I was told otherwise. Now I'll get my tax refund on time and I might get a branch only promo for the chase sapphire card.”

“This review is STRICTLY FOR PICK UP SERVICE! While in inside is a crowded S show, the pick up service is wonderful. Abe gathered my order, called to let me know they were busy therefore behind. Then he called when ready to pick up and delivered to my car. What a lovely gentleman. If everyone inside could learn from him in customer service, this store would always get 5 star reviews! Thank you, Abe!!!”
“THANK YOU SO MUCH LISA & CATHY! Incredible service and thank you for helping me with many requests in a timely fashion. I was able to deposit, transfer funds, and get a new debit card issued in a quick fashion that was fun & friendly. Will be back!”

“I go to the Vista U.S. Bank Branch. Throughout the Union Bank merger, the exceptional staff dealt with long lines of customers adapting to the change, asking questions, etc. The vibe inside was always positive and each teller, and manager I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The outside ATM never works on weekends. Whenever i needed to get cash it was out of service- not cool! I gave this bank 5 Stars because of the people who work for the Vista U.S. Bank Branch! They genuinely care about each customer as if we were family- regardless of the stresses of the day! Thank you U.S. Bank employees, you're the best!”
“I love the small office and find everyone very friendly and helpful. In this day and age we are all too impatient but I've learned to be nice and I've never had any problems using that approach! Grest bank!”
