“I love this store, the sales attendants are really nice and very helpful. I had forgotten a gift for my husband and I was helped by an associate that helped me with my purchase who had very good taste if I may add. My husband loved his present (for his bday) and I looked like a hero because of your nice attendant who had great taste. Thank you Tommy Bahamas you always come through with the greatest items for whatever whenever I need. For everyone reading this, do yourself a favor and shop here, you won’t be disappointed and if you don’t believe me pop in and see for yourself all this store has to offer, you can thank me later.”

“Not sure why anyone would complain lol , thos store was clean and the blonde girl working January 13 2026 morning shift saved the coat for me without asking. I showed up and got a blk vest with the blk commuter jacket for 63$ dude. These would have cost around 300$ almost with tax. She was cool and yea queit but who cares . Most people dont look out for others and just complain like in these reviews. People have problems, its not the store. Thank you fabletics!! ? I have quite a few clothes from you guys now and sport it in the gym and it makes me feel better knowing I have quality gym clothes and day to day clothes.”
“Great store and filled with options!I stopped in yesterday for the first time in YEARS! The last time I recall shopping at Windsor was for my Winter Formal back in 2007! I was surprised and excited to see that they were NOT just a dress store anymore!They had so many cute outfits with so many different and fun patterns!After about 30 minutes of browsing, I found a simple but trendy top and an adorable summer dress. I headed to the register and was helped by Emily. She was so sweet and made me feel confident with my selections.If not for the clothes, I'll be back just based off of Emily's positive being!Thank you Emily and team!”

“What an amazing experience. My wife had been interested in getting another leather jacket so we went to the mall in Mission Viejo. Many stores has faux or polyurethane type jackets but not authentic leather. We stopped into Lucky Brand after visiting Macy's and Nordstrom and what amazing customer service. Terri and Aylissa were so nice and provided stellar customer service. My wife fell in love with the black cruiser style lambskin leather jacket and also tried the brown one in a similar but slightly different style. Terri got on a ladder and found my wife the correct size as it wasn't on the rack. What wonderful people at this store as we were so impressed with the kindness and caring assistance. Then Terri mentioned the sale they were having so we ended up buying the black and brown jackets and even recieved an additional 25% off. Their inventory is very nice and the store is meticulous. Terrific inventory, awesome positive ambiance and stellar sales consultants.

There’s this model I tell you I think she bought some clothes from here and the way she walks and wore the clothes people were starring and loved it! She is a bit known but still low-key I think she would make an excellent model for you. If you are part of an event, her name is Drea Gia, Alice that is her Instagram handle. She is now public figure so I don’t mind sharing this information. If you do you have an event? Trust me she’s 5 foot nine almost 5 foot 10 slim and slender beautiful just check out her profile. Trust me this girl is going to thrive, I want to be her manager so badly when I got the chance to meet her, I have so much work to do but in my downtime I do fully support her and I want to see her shine the way that I had a conversation with her everything about her. She just has this crazy energy that is just beautiful and I mean crazy in a good way like she shines , and she definitely made a statement with your clothing. She made a total statement. She’s a big trendsetter she’s a leader, not a follower.”

“I feel like clothing retailers are usually reviewed negatively about their products, a shopper's unfavorable experience, or negative customer service and not enough is said about exceptional customer service - so here's one :).
I am not a regular shopper of Madewell but recently bought an item online because I saw it in-person at the store. It didn't work out so I went to Madewell MV and was assisted by Jaidyn M. Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt.
Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all.
Her pleasant demeaner and quick assistance was greatly appreciated last month (mid-October). Thanks so much, Jaidyn! It's because of you I have started to shop here more often. Keep up good work!”

“I love this little gem of a store in the Mall of Mission Viejo! It has a wonderful selection of unique and beautiful fashion from clothing to shoes to accessories. “Popular with youths. This place always has some pretty insane deals and it might be because of fast fashion but the earth is on fire so while not look good? Anything that isn't part of a sale is usually pricey, however. The clothing itself varies but obviously appeals to a specific audience. Staff are ordinary people.”

“Had a great experience with Judy who helped my cousin-to-be find the perfect dress. The shop is small, but she had a ton of dresses. She prides herself on last minute dress sales, which is great for those in a time crunch. Definitely recommend.”
